Job Overview
Logistics Operator III is responsible for various assignments, duties, and tasks within the Warehouse which, may or may not require the use of a PIT Forklift to complete. These responsibilities may include pallet building; Inbound Unloading; Outbound Loading; Replenishment of the Pick Floor or Vertique Mezzanine Areas, and or the fulfillment of Customer Orders. This role will travel throughout the warehouse pick area to retrieve and stack specific products and quantities; per the Pick Ticket assigned while maintaining any determined expectations of safety, accuracy, and, or efficiency. This position performs other tasks assigned by Warehouse Management including, pallet stacking, handling damage restack and, or rework, stacking product, and picking up pallets with a Pallet Jack, when applicable.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Retrieve and place quantities of Cases of Product onto a pre-determined pallet as instructed by the assigned Pick Ticket, safely, building a stable pallet of product, while meeting or exceeding Warehouse, Company expectations in safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Load outbound Product and, or Deposit items by transporting them from their assigned Storage Area within the Warehouse to the Loading Docks and placing them on the appropriate Trailers in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner
- Replenish Product to the Warehouse Pick and, or Vertique Mezzanine Areas by transporting such from their assigned Storage Areas within the Warehouse to their specific assigned Location (Bin) within the Pick and, or Vertique Mezzanine Area in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse, performs other tasks including pallet building as determined and requested by management
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting 30-75 lbs.

- Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes

- Labeling and inspecting incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Updating inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinating the receiving of product.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Performing inventory counts and assisting with record-keeping to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operating various material handling equipment safely and effectively, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts .
- Assisting with the setup and organization of warehouse spaces for different production runs.
- Identifying and reporting any defects, malfunctions, or potential hazards to supervisors.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $22/hr.

Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is preferred.
- Must have previous certification or training to operate a forklift.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs .
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols.
