**Mandatory Proven Work History - 2+ years of proven work experience.**

+ Knowledge of EXE warehouse management software required
+ Knowledge of Infor an extreme plus

**Responsibilities:**
+ Resource will be dedicated to Grocery warehouse (EXE) and Supply Chain - US supply chain area, with warehouse management system (WMS) and EXE
+ The EXE environment is on Windows with an Informix database, but the main skill is supporting and understanding the EXE WMS
+ Work hard to understand the customized older version that the client has now
+ Develop technical specifications and test plans with validation
+ Work in a team environment

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,100 - $156,100.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.   • Solution Selling: Effectively position and present Spotter’s TMS and logistics software solutions to decision-makers, addressing specific pain points and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
  • Enterprise Relationship Management: Develop deep relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and long-term logistics strategy.
  • Lead the Sales Cycle: Own the sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing, collaborating closely with technical, product, and customer success teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on transportation software competitors, logistics technology trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and market positioning.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass assigned revenue goals to contribute to the growth of Spotter’s enterprise client portfolio.
Required Qualifications for Logistics Software Sales
  • Enterprise Sales Experience:  2+ years of proven success selling SaaS, logistics technology, TMS, or related enterprise software solutions to the transportation or supply chain sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfort discussing software product features, integrations, and logistics process automation with both business and technical audiences.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify unique customer needs and customize solutions to win enterprise accounts.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled at delivering engaging product demos and proposals to diverse audiences.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience managing opportunities and reporting progress using CRM platforms.
Preferred Skills and Industry Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of transportation management systems (TMS), logistics software, and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of industry challenges, regulatory environment, and trends in digital transformation for logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic account planning capabilities.
  • Experience selling into trucking, brokerage or shipping is a plus.
