Responsibilities:

Role(s) Support the Logistics Team through managing inventory with cycle count, investigation issue, inventory accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities-

  • Manage inventories of general supplies.
  • Control parts inventory with cycle count.
  • Make a plan counting and handle it.
  • Review parts stock between system and actual and adjust in the system
  • Investigate and report to cycle count result
  • Procure, receive, store and issue material.
  • Communicate with CKD H/Q in Korea and LP suppliers for Inventory/packaging management.
  • Manage warehouse product and product flow.
  • Improve and manage 5S in supplier warehouses.
  • Manage warehouse storage optimization.
  • Manage monthly closing and backlog.
  • Assist with projects and contribute to continuous improvement ideas as needed.
  • Assist with general purchasing of basic warehouse items.
  • Mange inventory levels and scheduling delivers from warehouses to MOBIS.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You coordinate daily vehicle transportation from branches to auctions, impound lots to branches, and between branches to ensure timely delivery based on the business's operational needs
  • You maintain and organize transport orders by working closely with colleagues and vendors to align all stakeholders with order expectations and ensure smooth execution
  • You provide updates on vehicle movements to keep colleagues informed about any delays or changes in vehicle movements to maintain operational transparency
  • You monitor and follow up on timely completion of transport orders to ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) by tracking progress and addressing any issues promptly
  • You improve transport-related processes by identifying and documenting issues, proposing creative solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance transport efficiency
  • You work with vendors to establish clear expectations, ensure legal compliance, and maintain cost-effective operations

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have 1 year of experience in logistics or an administrative role
  • Education You have a high school diploma and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications

We are seeking Customer Service Specialists for 2nd shift positions for our client, a Logistics Company located in Medina, OH. The Customer Service Specialist will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The Customer Service Specialist position requires a range of responsibilities, including customer order management, consultative sales, and problem resolution.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Build and expand new and existing customer accounts to support business development.
  • Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support team to identify and share potential business opportunities.
  • Oversee order creation, load procurement, negotiations, freight tendering, and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers via phone, email, and online channels, coordinating with owner-operators or agents for cost-efficient shipment handling.
  • Track shipments from order to delivery, ensuring timely performance and suggesting improvements where necessary.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Two years of industry experience preferred
