Responsibilities include:
+ Perform daily review of all tariff charges incurred by the client.
+ Communicate with client, company managers, and freight brokers as needed.
+ Process approved RMAs that fall under the following categories: price adjustments, credit and rebill, not needed/not used, virtual returns, and quality defects.
+ Distribute weekly quality defect reports for RMA review processing.
+ Review all imports for proper application of all allowable provisions (USMCA, 9802, 9801) to avoid and/or minimize tariff impact.
+ Respond to broker requests for information (e.g. IOR validation, value validation, COO validation, etc.).
+ Complete 98802 forms upon request from brokerage team.
+ Communicate directly with client Logistics Manager and Kelly Services management team as required.
+ Professionally communicate with internal/external customers via phone and email as required.
+ Provide timely follow-up to internal customers and external suppliers as required.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Previous logistics experience.
+ Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
+ High school diploma is required.
+ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
+ Able to work in a modular workspace setting.

Lead Logistician is responsible for the program's Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), the primary program management reference governing operations and support planning and execution from program inception to disposal.
Responsibilities
- Duties include development of Logistics Acquisition and DMSMS plans and documents.
- Also have the ability to evaluate available resources and recommend funding requirements and plans to ensure logistics and program support for the Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center's Air Delivered Directorate (AFNWC/NDW) WS3 Program subsystems.
- The applicant will provide logistics services to support WS3 equipment deployed worldwide. Specific expertise is required to expedite hardware through the repair process and the defense supply systems to reach end users. In addition to deliverable reports, support personnel is required to input data to Government produced reports, data systems, and briefings as requested.
- The position requires at least five years of combined industry and federal government experience in DOD weapon system logistics/sustainment/product support or a Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree from an accredited college/university is required.
- Must be intimately familiar with writing the LCSP to ensure it encapsulates all covered systems and details the system's product support planning and sustainment, pursuant to Title 10 USC 2337.
- DMSMS is a significant concern, particularly in industries like aerospace and defense where products have long lifecycles and require consistent access to specific components.
- Must have experience or the ability to perform the following obsolescence functions: Identification and Monitoring, Component Lifecycle Tracking, Predictive Analysis, Bill of Materials (BOM) Analysis, Alerting and Reporting, Impact Assessment, and develop Mitigation Strategies.

Job Description: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will act as a Remote Gate Agent, supporting thousands of drivers across the country. You will utilize two-way audio/video communication to verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and processes. You will coordinate, communicate, and provide updates on the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
Responsibilities
+ Support and communicate with approximately 200 drivers daily using audio/video communication.
+ Ensure accurate verification and identification of trucks and processes.
+ Coordinate and provide timely updates to all parties involved in logistics operations.
+ Assist in managing gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on daily operations.
+ Maintain excellent and clear communication at all times.
Essential Skills
+ Microsoft Office proficiency.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
+ Tech-savvy with logistics and intermodal experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ year of high volume call center customer support experience.
+ Strong retail customer service experience from companies such as Starbucks or the restaurant industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and keyboard shortcuts.
+ Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
+ Detail-oriented and quick learner.
Work Environment: THIS POSITION IS FULL ON-SITE IN TEMPE. Training is conducted Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM for the first three weeks, with the first day of training 9:00AM-5:30PM. Post-training schedules start from Sunday-Tuesday and 9:00AM-5:30PM, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Mandatory overtime is expected during peak seasons from October to January, which includes a sixth workday and 10-hour workdays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
