Position Summary:  

Key Responsibilities: (Includes the following, but not limited to) 

• Track sales orders, shipping bookings with carriers, prepare shipping document, including Bill of Lading, packing slip etc.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses to confirm pickup, transit and arrival dates
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other import-export documents.
• Respond promptly to sales-team enquiries, supplying real-time shipping status and estimated arrival dates.
• Update shipment milestones in the SAP and circulate daily status reports to operations, sales and customer-service teams.
• Record and track all shipping charges, reconcile invoices against quotations and carrier contracts, flag discrepancies and drive quick resolution with carriers, brokers and finance.
• Verify proof of delivery, file claims for freight loss or damage and follow up until closure.

Work experience requirements: 

• Minimum two years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain administration
• Working knowledge of Incoterms, HTS codes, import duty and basic export regulations
• Hands-on experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle or Netsuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position Type/Hours of Work:  

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Typically shift hours can be from 6am to 2:30pm, hours can be modified at any given time as best fits work demand. Overtime can be expected and required based on the needs of Production.  

Work Environment:  

This job operates in a warehouse production environment. The employee is exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors. This position is in a NON climate control warehouse.

In this exciting role, as a Manager within the OAPI supply chain team, you will look to acheive operational goals while working cross-functionally across various departments to support development, planning, and implementation of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.

You will create and nurture an environment for proactive communications with cross functional collaborators that will help ensure both internal and external customer demands are consistently met with no laps in supply and availability of products to our patients.
Additional facets of the role include coordinating purchase requisitions in the ERP system, monitoring supplier performance KPIs and reporting, coordinating, and aligning production and development efforts with program goals and communicating demand / forecast with key vendors / suppliers.

Planning
+ Manage demand planning meetings with internal business partners (Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Channel Strategy, etc.) gathering total demand for assigned responsibilities.
+ Partner with internal to review and streamline demand planning process.
+ Develop and manage product manufacturing and distribution plans for new (products that are in the pipeline), and existing products that provides continuous supply to customers, including international product.
+ Create and maintain replenishment plans for finished products of responsible territories and create replenishment orders to sites at the planning time fence.
+ Develop and implement safety stock with sufficient shelf-life in alignment with desired customer service levels to meet inventory objectives and targets.
+ Manage manufacturing plan communications with all internal and external parties.
+ Manage purchase order process and work with drug product plants and packaging CMO's to ensure product plan is executed on time.
+ Manage communications with interdisciplinary teams (Vendors, Channel Strategy, Global Product Quality, Quality Control, Finance, Legal, Packaging, etc.) to monitor process and provide feedback.

Distribution and Logistics
+ Address distribution issue escalations and manage resolutions with 3PL and/or internal teams.
+ Manage interfaces, transactions, and postings in ERP system.
+ Manage 3PL processes for inventory, returns and claims, recall activities and reporting, and product destructions.
+ Manage inventory reporting and communicate with appropriate parties.
+ Manage pick/pack/ship processes with 3PL ensuring full- and on-time delivery to meet targeted customer service level.
+ Manage packing instructions for new routes, shipping configurations and/or transportation methods together with packaging and quality teams.
+ Manage distribution state license submissions and renewals with Legal and processing vendor.
+ Manage international and intercompany order and shipment processes with customers and 3PL including shipping forecast, communications, documentation, and issue resolution.
+ Manage serialization program at 3PL and collaborate with related internal and external parties to comply with DSCSA requirements.
+ Manage distribution budget process, service PO's and invoices for 3PL and other vendors
+ Together with the Finance team, manage expense allocations, budget forecast, accruals, and other related activities.
Vendor Management
+ Lead Vendor/Supplier relationships for Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Distribution & Logistics vendors within the defined Tiers
+ Manage service agreements, product launches, business review meetings, performance metrics and audits in collaboration with internal functions (Finance, Channel Strategy/Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Clinical, Quality, IT, Legal, etc.)
+ Proactively monitor supply chain and packaging risks, capture and report supplier performance data to category manager
+ Develop ways of working and controls to improve processes and system efficiency while meeting compliance requirements.

You are:
A Supply Chain and Operations professional who helps clients in implementing & optimizing the end-to-end planning process across supply chain and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving efficiency. You will work with clients in leading & implementing Sales & Operations planning, demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management capabilities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
As part of the working with the clients you will help with several aspects of integrated planning including:
+ Integrated Planning Strategy: Develop and implement integrated planning strategies for clients that align with organizational goals, ensuring the optimal flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.
+ S&OP: Lead S&OP planning including S&OP cycle of demand review, supply review, pre-Exec & Exec S&OP reviews.
+ Demand and Supply Planning: Develop Demand and supply planning processes for clients, including forecasting, production planning, procurement, and inventory management to balance supply with demand while meeting service level targets.
+ S&OE: Enable strategic and tactical plans developed during the S&OP process and ensuring they are implemented smoothly across the supply chain. This includes ensuring production schedules, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics are aligned with business demand.
+ Inventory Optimization: Develop inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal inventory levels across locations while reducing excess stock, stockouts, and working capital investment.
+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and reduce lead times. Implement best practices and new technologies for enhanced planning and operations efficiency.
+ Performance Management: Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance, including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and order accuracy. Develop action plans to address performance gaps
+ Operating Model: Develop governance & operating model across sales, marketing, production, and logistics to integrate business needs and strategies into the planning processes.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., executive team, sales, finance) to provide updates on planning performance and to ensure alignment on goals.
+ Risk Management: Proactively identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., disruptions, supplier issues) and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.
+ Reporting & Analytics: Provide insights into supply chain performance through data analysis and reporting, helping senior management make informed decisions on operational strategies.

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives including end to end supply chain experience
+ Minimum of 5 years of external experience at a consulting firm or 8 years of internal consulting experience in a role equivalent to Manager level within industry
+ You have a functional-level understanding of integrated planning specific or general planning & execution technology solutions (e.g IBP, O9, OMP, Kinaxis and Blue Yonder)
+ A bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience)

The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the reporting and analytics needs of the Supply Chain Planning team?This position is responsible for generating insights into key supply chain metrics, focusing on Service, Cost, Cash, and Waste, to optimize the product supply planning process. How you will contribute

• ? Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop and automate weekly and monthly performance reports for Supply Planning leadership, covering various product supply metrics related to production, capacity, customer service, and inventory.

• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of recurring tasks in support of the Supply Planning team? Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

• Apply Six Sigma methodologies and tools to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, improve data quality, and optimize reporting capabilities (if applicable, specify which tools/methodologies).

• Support the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices and company objectives.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain or statistics related discipline.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain related discipline.

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles is desirable (Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification a plus).

• Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC/ APO, PowerBI, and Tableau Reporting tools.

• Highly developed analytical and problem-solvingskills.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel & PowerPoint is a must.

Primary Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Logistics Intern are:

• Product Supply - Product Supply interns work at field sites as Site Logistics Planners. This position serves as the point person for inventory coordination for all product categories in each Distribution Center.

• Customer Service - Our Customer Service interns take on the real-life role of a Customer Service Coordinator. Most interns are assigned to either a deduction, credit, or order management role. Deduction interns, in partnership with Sales, will effectively be managing the day-to-day of customer deductions. Credit co-ops determine account's financial strength and credit worthiness by analyzing financial statements. Finally, Order Management interns will be assigned a specific wholesale/ retail account. These interns will process and manage the life of orders on a daily basis.

• Logistics Operations - Interns will gain a specific understanding of the Transportation and Distribution networks within Mondelez International, including the flow of product movements from origin to destination. Interns will have exposure to the Load Control Center, Private Fleet and the Transportation Expense and Audit Control group.

• Branch Operations -Support day-to-day operations in our Direct Store Delivery branches including order/route management, inventory & warehouse management, linking with internal and external stakeholders to support customers/operations and leading project work to achieve safety, service, and cost goals.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
