Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
Department: Supply Chain Team
Reports To: Director of Supply Chain
Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Planner is a key member of the Supply Chain Team who will lead the supply planning process. This role is responsible and will oversee inventory requirements with a focus on aligning demand and supply that will enable Kris-Tech to meet sales objectives while effectively managing cashflow. Works closely in a cross- functional setting with all internal Team Members and some key suppliers, while providing continuous feedback, ideas, and problem-solving analysis to support Kris-Tech’s strategic plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate and continuously update inventory targets and reorder points based on service level, historical demands, and variability.
- Generate weekly and monthly material availability reports while measuring impact of forecast accuracy.
- Develop periodic ordering cycles based on an ABC analysis and associated parameters.
- Prepares and reports out inventory projections, turns, and other key inventory related metrics.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives around planning methods, forecasting techniques, and SKU rationalization.
- Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes and related systems.
- Collaboratively works with Information Systems team to identify initiatives focused on the automation of scheduling requirements, procurement, and inventory management.
- Collaboratively works with Operations, Sales and Finance Teams to identify KPIs focused on capturing scheduling and inventory effectiveness.
- Other job responsibilities to be assigned at Manger discretion.
Ideal candidate will exhibit the following skill sets:
- Problem solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong communicator; both written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic cross functional team setting.
- Detail oriented with the ability to lead strategic initiatives.
- Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and supply planning.
- Strong analytical and extensive spreadsheet analysis abilities.
- Experience with MRP functionality.

Job Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you oversee all activities related to planning, transportation, and warehousing. You analyze operational performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and customer complaints, and take action to resolve any issues. You also collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure all logistics operations-such as shipping and delivery-meet quality and safety standards. In addition, you support buyers during negotiations with key suppliers.

- Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow' QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
- Supports and embraces a Lean mindset and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensures all activities and processes are carried out in compliance with stow's QSHE standards, internal policies, operating procedures, and applicable local regulations.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

SUMMARY The Logistics Specialist (Customs) will be responsible for custom clearance operation with custom broker. They will supervise all customer clearance operations to successfully execute and control all international import and export goods. The individual will monitor all raw material shipments from South Korea and China to Hanwha Qcells Georgia Inc., located in Cartersville, and ensure correct custom clearance and cost are met as well as defining and implementing improvement projects during the inbound shipping process. By supervising the international transportation operation, the Logistics Specialist (Customs) will manage all raw material transportation from country of export to import port. This individual will organize, control, and monitor logistics activities of assigned solar panel raw materials such as: Glass, Frame (Aluminum, Steel), Junction Box, Wire/Busbar, Silicone (Sealant, Potting), EVA/EPE/POE Sheet, Back sheet, Flux and Cell, Ingot, Wafer Raw Materials, etc. They will work in a cross-functional team environment within Hanwha Qcells Georgia Inc., Hanwha Qcells USA Inc., and other subsidiaries of Hanwha Group. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor HS code for materials and custom clearance
- Manage customs clearance management and closing
- Classify and value imported goods in accordance with customs regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customs transactions
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Stay up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures
- Analyze the logistics cost compared with monthly plan and CBP cost
- Analyze manufacturing cost for raw materials, import transportation cost and customs
- Create and report monthly logistics cost expense reports
- Report actual cost compared with BP, specific logistics cost, and irregular logistics cost
- Manage overall monthly cost closing include system closing (SAP, QPS and etc.)
- Ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate
- Frequently communicate with internal stakeholders and custom broker
- Oversee customs clearance for equipment, raw materials, spare parts, and handling related certificates and other documents and manage actual duty refund and report
- Support and actively engage with teammates’ related work
- Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Management or related fields
- 1 - 6 years of related logistics and customs clearance experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customs
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, procedures and documentation requirements
- Ability to travel overseas and domestically
- Experience with trade agreements
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, professional, team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately for project schedules and other deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing industries, especially in renewable energy
- Proficiency in Korean and English, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy with an advanced knowledge in SAP and Microsoft office
- Understanding in CPIM, CSCP, SCM, and logistics
- Experience in high-volume and multi-site distribution with a solid understanding of
FMS, TMS/EPR systems
- Office business setting or construction work site depending on need
