**Key Responsibilities** :
Marketing and Promotions - Logistics Resource Planning
+ Key logistics support for marketing and promotional activity by collaborating in weekly activity meetings
+ Leads daily order volume forecasting for 3PL and tracks 3PL daily order fulfillment performance
+ Ensures 3PL has all promotional details and that inventory is in place at all DCs time of promotion
+ Escalates operational related issues to leadership prior to promotion to limit cost and complaint issues
Compliance - Safety, Quality, Audits, Internal Controls
+ Leads safety and quality compliance within 3PL operations, ensuring working environments are up to Nestle SOPs
+ Ensures all safety related issues are root caused, resolved, and escalated to the appropriate parties
+ Ensures 3PL DCs are prepared and excel in all compliance related audits (i.e. TQM, RSA,ISO etc)
+ Leads all internal audit preparation (i.e. NMA/NGA/NQMS) and is capable to answer audit questions
+ Ongoing support of TQM and F&C internal controls team to improve supply chain processes
NCE - Ops Reviews, OMP, Process Improvement
+ NCE participant in Weekly and Monthly Operational Reviews at national level
+ Participates in the annual 3PL Operations Master Plan (OMP)
+ Ensures the high priority issues are reviewed, actions are implemented, and resolutions are sustained
+ Participates in GEMBA, LER, and other process improvement activities as project leader
Operations and Consumer Complaints
+ Oversees daily order fulfillment backlog and determines when DCs need to be shutoff due to backlog
+ Leads logistics consumer complaints process and resolution for B2C and Trade
+ Facilitates weekly and monthly complaint reviews with key stakeholders at Nespresso and 3PL
+ Ensures 3PL and Nespresso teams are identifying root causes and solutions for consumer complaints
+ Leads the 3PL engagement program by developing and implementing processes for recognizing employees
+ Approves daily stock adjustments for Logistics Operations Team
+ Leads Pick-to-Light SKU slotting by issuing weekly planogram for 3PL based on marketing plans
Other Responsibilities:
+ Supports daily logistics related requests from 3PL, HQ, Marketing, TQM, B2C, Trade and Internal Controls
+ Quarterly inventory count auditor at Main DC
+ Participates in warehouse visits and tours for visitors (i.e. planning, lead when manager is unavailable, etc)
+ Review, update, implement, and sustain SOPs and Procedures for Operations and Systems
+ Leads special projects related to fulfillment, systems, and 3PL operations
+ Ensures after hours coverage as needed for order flow issues and during peak periods and month-end
Back Fill for other Logistics Specialists
+ Primary backfill for teammates as needed
**Experience & Education Requirements** :
+ BA/BS Degree required (Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred).
+ At least 3 years of supply chain, manufacturing/distribution/warehouse operations, inventory control, or physical logistics experience, preferred
+ Professional Experience in Logistics/EDI/Stock Reconciliation and dealing with 3rd Party Warehousing
+ Evidence of successful process improvement leadership in operations and/or supply chain preferred
+ Strong working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
+ DMAIC/GSTD experience preferred.
+ Preferably previous experiences in consumer goods industry and/or B2C , retail logistics
+ Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
+ Ability to work on and lead multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.

The approximate pay range for this position is $73,000.00 to $83,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Job Purpose:

Overview
The Manager of Regional Logistics is responsible for leading the warehousing and logistics functions for all service centers in the PPL territory. + Support Kinaxis Supply Planning implementation activities, including **requirements gathering, process standardization, configuration/testing, and deployment**

+ Translate manual/non-standard ERP processes into standardized Kinaxis workflows to improve planning efficiency, productivity, and critical metric progress.

+ **3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro** , either as a planner or implementer
+ Direct experience using or configuring Kinaxis **(Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning),** ideally with hands-on exposure to scenario planning, constrained planning, or RCCP.
+ Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business** or related field
+ Deep understanding of **core supply chain** **disciplines** such as Supply Planning, MRP, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or SIOP/S&OP

**Job Description**
The Supply Chain Analyst I supports inventory management operations by executing and analyzing transactional data within the ERP (e.g., SAP) and WMS (e.g., Manhattan) systems, while also coordinating inventory movements between internal distribution centers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role is hands-on and responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing transactions, and ensuring data integrity across the supply chain. The analyst will also assist in identifying process gaps, building reports, and supporting system configuration and testing to improve inventory visibility and control.
**Job Duties**
+ Inventory Transactions & System Execution
+ Perform and validate inventory transactions in ERP (SAP) and WMS (Manhattan) systems.
+ Create and manage Stock Transport Orders (STOs), deliveries, and receipts to support inventory transfers.
+ Monitor inventory movements and discrepancies; support root cause analysis and resolution.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory transactions and approvals.3PL Coordination
+ Coordinate inventory movements between the Business Unit Distribution Center and 3PL providers.
+ Schedule and confirm pick-ups and deliveries with 3PLs and internal warehouse teams.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory-related communication between internal and external partners.
+ Conduct regular alignment meetings with 3PL and warehouse personnel.

+ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track inventory performance and movement trends.
