**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.
+ Assist visitors, drivers, and employees by providing customer service and answering questions related to access procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Carry out security-related procedures according to site guidelines, including checking identification and logging vehicle movements.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution site and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
+ Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities in daily activity reports as required by site procedures.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with site personnel and Allied Universal management.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
