This individual contributor position is responsible for various tasks related to staging, and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location
  • Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards
  • Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports
  • Consistently meet processing and quality standards
  • Maintain lot and workspace areas
  • Safely operate company-owned vehicles
  • Fuel inventory vehicles as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices
  • Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to work variable schedules as necessary

Physical Working Conditions

  • Capable of walking 5 to 10 miles per shift
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, etc.
  • Frequently getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Bend, twist, stoop, squat, and stand
  • Ability to work in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, dusty, wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) F-35 Team at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona! As the Field Logistics Support Representative, the selected candidate will serve as a main supply chain logistics liaison for our F-35 internal and external customers and our strategic partners. The selected candidate will function as the Lockheed Martin subject matter expert for warehouse inventory management and will be responsible for briefing senior level management on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics. Must have strong project management and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and fluid environment.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Providing Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) support and coordination with the Operation Support (OPS) Center
- Analyzing and resolving customer-raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues
- Participating in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Assist the customer with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification
- Assist the customer with identifying and processing Hazmat, Shelf Life, Electronic Sensitive Devices/Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) identification, and organizational refusals
- Providing effective material survey support and management of non-conformance/quarantine issues
- Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after-hours support
- Must be a US Citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting and must be able to obtain a final Secret Security Clearance.

**Position Summary.**
**What you'll do.**
Promotes and supports company policies initiatives procedures mission values and standards of ethics and integrity Leads Process Improvement tools and methods for example 5S root cause analysis six sigma time and motion studies to eliminate Quality losses and deviations in an area within a Distribution Center according to Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance System WPS programs Compiles and submits deviations to existing One Best Way playbooks and provides input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication opportunities Assists with the tactical deployment of the Quality Excellence WPS program methodology Manages project execution of top Quality losses in the functional area and assists in building the capability of other area managers and associates Assists with the creation of area Quality loss profile analysis and performance metrics Develops gap analysis to support WPS integration Leads Qualityrelated savings projects within area of responsibility by taking loss out of the process Supports Department Managers with WPS programs projects associate engagement and KPI improvements within process area Delivers expected functional area results through Key Performance Indicator KPI analysis loss elimination and by creating standard work to reduce process variation Assists with the review and response of Quality focused process improvement projects owned by area managers Coordinates completes and oversees jobrelated activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs identifying and communicating goals and objectives building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices Respect the Individual: Builds highperforming teams embraces differences in people cultures ideas and experiences creates a workplace where associates feel seen supported and connected through a culture of belonging creates opportunities for all associates to thrive and performx000B Respect the Individual: Works collaboratively builds strong and trusting relationships communicates with impact energy and positivity to motivate and influencex000B Respect the Individual: Attracts and retains the best talent empowers and develops talent and recognizes others contributions and accomplishments Act with Integrity:Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance models the Walmart values to support and foster our culture holds oneself and others accountable supports Walmarts goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates customers members and the world around useg creating a sense of belonging eliminating waste participating in local giving Act with Integrity:Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble selfaware honest fair and transparent Serve Our Customers and Members Delivers results while putting the customer first considers and adapts to how where and when customers shop and applies the EDLP and EDLC business models to all plans Serve Our Customers and Members Makes decisions based on data insights and analysis balances short and longterm priorities and considers our customers fellow associates shareholders suppliers business partners and communities when making plans Strive for Excellence:Displays curiosity and a desire to learn takes calculated risks demonstrates courage and resilience and encourages learning from mistakes Strive for Excellence:Drives continuous improvements adopts and encourages the use of new technologies and skills and supports others through change

r> r>**Minimum Qualifications.**

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3 years' experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5 years' experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings
Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications.**

Experience building and implementing a Quality Management System Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements including Statistical Process Control, FMEA, Quality KPIs, etc, Quality Improvement experience in a Total Performance Management (or related program) environment
