About the Role We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across e-commerce and retail distribution. This role is highly strategic, with a focus on global sourcing, demand planning, and building distribution networks that support both retail partners and fast-growing e-commerce channels (Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, DTC).
What You’ll Do
· Lead demand planning and supply chain modeling across omnichannel sales, integrating retailer forecasts, POS data, and e-commerce trends.
· Oversee global sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost/risk modeling to ensure continuity of supply.
· Build and manage distribution networks tailored for omnichannel, balancing efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
· Direct inventory management across internal DCs, 3PLs, FBA/WFS, and retail DCs, including fresh and shelf-life sensitive food products.
· Manage a diverse food product portfolio with unique supply chain requirements across categories.
· Lead warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring retail compliance and optimized e-commerce fulfillment.
· Negotiate carrier contracts and oversee parcel, LTL, TL, and ocean freight to achieve cost and service targets.
· Ensure system and data integrity across WMS, OMS, ERP, and EDI for seamless order and data flow.
· Partner cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and trade marketing to align supply chain with growth objectives.
