Your Role as a Logistics Employee:
- Key Responsibilities: Follow all shipping and receiving standard operating procedures. Safely operate a forklift and other powered industrial trucks. Load and unload freight. Count and inspect all shipments and make appropriate notations on manifests. Transport materials to and from storage to designated area. Follow all Food Safety and Quality procedures and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Skills Required: Proven ability to safely operate a tow motor and other powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or production environment. Proven ability of successfully loading/unloading materials in a warehouse or production environment.
- Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent); Previous experience in a warehouse, previous experience operating a forklift, and experience loading/unloading materials in a warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:

Position Summary

Summary: The Logistics Coordinator 3 will assist in managing both inbound and outbound freight from offshore suppliers to final delivery to our customers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule inbound container deliveries, from to destination (> 2K containers/year)
- Must be familiar with Incoterms as it relates to logistics needs and customer/vendor billing requirements
- Package tracing including freight claims, dock sweeps, address changes, and
- Enter inventory adjustments, receipts, and productions orders timely
- Input and retrieve alphabetical and numerical information in prescribed format, utilizing knowledge of various computer software packages
- References data to ensure accuracy and completeness; recognizes problems in source documents and calls to the attention of supervisor
- Consistently and accurately supports all corporate initiatives related to sales, accounting, inventory control, and shipping
- Generate weekly reports demonstrating visibility to inbound containers
- Drive resolution of weekly exceptions to ensure rapid decision making and timely execution
- Develop allocations plans to optimize constrained availability against prioritized demands
- Develop and refine tools for ongoing support of business
- Active participation in continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:
