Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you'll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working "from farm to shelf," you'll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Primary Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Logistics Intern are:

  • Product Supply - Product Supply interns work at field sites as Site Logistics Planners. This position serves as the point person for inventory coordination for all product categories in each Distribution Center.

  • Customer Service - Our Customer Service interns take on the real-life role of a Customer Service Coordinator. Most interns are assigned to either a deduction, credit, or order management role. Deduction interns, in partnership with Sales, will effectively be managing the day-to-day of customer deductions. Credit co-ops determine account's financial strength and credit worthiness by analyzing financial statements. Finally, Order Management interns will be assigned a specific wholesale/ retail account. These interns will process and manage the life of orders on a daily basis.

  • Logistics Operations - Interns will gain a specific understanding of the Transportation and Distribution networks within Mondelez International, including the flow of product movements from origin to destination. Interns will have exposure to the Load Control Center, Private Fleet and the Transportation Expense and Audit Control group.

  • Branch Operations -Support day-to-day operations in our Direct Store Delivery branches including order/route management, inventory & warehouse management, linking with internal and external stakeholders to support customers/operations and leading project work to achieve safety, service, and cost goals.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.

  • Familiarity with customs regulations, HTS codes, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP or Business Central is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
+ Gather, manage, audit, and maintain files of all necessary import documentation and information for US Customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and air waybills (AWBs).
+ Act as a subject matter expert on US and foreign regulations pertaining to the import and export of cargo.
+ Support logistical functions such as sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching.
+ Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders using shipping records.
+ Input all shipment transactions into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
+ Receive and sign for packages delivered by carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

About the role
The Warehouse Manager for our Clark, NJ site will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities include inbound shipping of raw materials, outbound shipping and shuttles, scheduling and organizing orders. Must effectively communicate with both Plant Supply Chain, Corporate Supply Chain, customers and carriers.

8.Ensuring warehouse operations are appropriately staffed and employees are properly trained and certified to execute their duties.
Qualifications and skills
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing warehouse and distribution leadership role
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience in manufacturing warehouse management. Candidates should have previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment
Demonstrated ability to lead change. Proven experience in various management/leadership positions. Demonstrated ability to be a champion for change.
