Partner with the IT COE to embed data and analytics in business operations and align software and process solutions to D&A architecture and best practices for data-driven organizations. Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk when partnering with suppliers and deploying software. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent in related field. Experience: 8+ years as a systems deployment/support leader for business software solutions of Supply Chain, Order to Cash & Logistics functions OR similar experience in global process owner business roles leading system deployments. Driven large-scale transformation and change management within the Supply Chain, Order to Cash & Logistics functions. Led the functional design of Supply Chain workstream during multiple implementations of SAP ECC; SAP S/4 preferred. Exposure to SaaS and on-premise software solutions such as Logility Demand/Supply forecasting, Blue Yonder TMS, Fourkites Yard Management, SAP EWM, etc. 3+ years of people leadership experience. • Review, ship and receive transfer orders in Dynamics
• Acts as a backup to the shipping & Receiving Manager to generate picking lists as needed
• Other duties as assigned to support OTIF and business needs, as directed by management.

- Preferred Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)/Certified Export Specialist (CES) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification not required.
- Interpreting import/export laws, rulings, regulations and translating them into reasonable business practices.

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Lead is assigned to oversee warehouse function, train and provide work direction and guidance to assigned warehouse staff. This position will be responsible for the transportation and storage of products and materials used for print manufacturing and fulfillment. This includes ensuring proper storage of product, inventory management, equipment management and meeting production standards in alignment with safety expectations during their assigned shift. Starting Salary: $21.50 per hour, Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, 401(k), and Benefits for Full Time permanent employees! Schedule: 1st shift 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Weekend work available. Duties/Responsibilities: Works with shipping and receiving employees and coordinates with material handling team, including proper delegation or work as needed. Covers all work handled by Logistics Manager when scheduled off. Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies through multiple shipping portals, as needed. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, procurement and warehouse staff, and others involved in the shipment, receipt and organization of products, as needed. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks and other machinery to move items promptly, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks in an organized fashion. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on shipments. Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, recording inventory, and counting accurately. Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations. Engages with vendors, drivers and company staff with a positive attitude. Can assist with maintenance of material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
