  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, carrier performance, and freight costs.
  • Evaluate and improve warehouse operations, including layout, inventory management, and labor productivity.
  • Conduct network design studies to determine optimal facility locations and distribution strategies.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, sales) and external partners (carriers, 3PLs) to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, optimization software) to model scenarios and forecast demand.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning software and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
