**Position Summary:**

Our client is a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Operations Manager to oversee their extensive logistics and supply chain operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to lead critical functions from your home office and drive efficiency across a complex network. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage transportation logistics, including carrier selection, contract negotiation, route optimization, and freight cost management.
  • Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, supervisors, and warehouse associates, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management, with a strong focus on e-commerce or high-volume fulfillment.
  • Proven expertise in warehouse management, transportation logistics, and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience managing diverse remote teams.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing operational budgets and P&Ls.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Our client, a leading player in the retail sector, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Operations to oversee their extensive supply chain and logistics network based in Atlanta, Georgia, US . This critical role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of optimizing operational efficiency, managing complex distribution networks, and driving continuous improvement across all facets of supply chain management. The Director will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of all logistics and warehousing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple distribution centers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations managers, supervisors, and logistics professionals.
