**Main Ingredients of the Job!**
As a **US FOODS®** Logistics Truck Driver you will be operating a tractor-trailer Traveling Over the road across country between our **US FOODS®** distribution centers to our Vendors throughout the week to pick up and drop off bulk product. Our Logistics Truck Drivers driver 1,800 to 3, 400 miles per week **focused on** safety. Your efforts are the foundation that defines **US FOODS®** success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.

+ Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
+ Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
+ Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
+ Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
+ Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
+ Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
+ Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
+ Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age
+ Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
+ Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
+ Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
+ Willing to travel 5 days per week
+ Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $0,000 and 80,000.

Main Responsibilities:
As a US FOODS® Logistics Driver , you will operate a tractor-trailer, transporting goods across the country to various distribution centers. Your commitment to safety is essential to our success, averaging 1,800 to 3,400 miles each week.
- Drive safely to deliver products on schedule.
- Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated areas.
- Confirm delivery accuracy and obtain required signatures.
- Handle customer payments and collections when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Lift/carry/push/pull products weighing 20 to 80+ lbs throughout your shift.
- Be capable of driving in various weather conditions and making frequent stops (10+ per shift).
What You Need:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
