Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Provisioning Specialist to lead a team of provisioners providing logistics support to our US Navy programs. Noblis MSD seeks an experienced Provisioning Team Manager to oversee provisioning operations and provide leadership to a team of specialists responsible for:
+ Preparing the provisioning contract requirements from inception to obtain Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) from the shipbuilder or manufacturer.
+ Utilizing PTD to develop an Allowance Parts List (APL) for installed equipment and major components onboard. APL is a technical document prepared for each equipment and major component onboard, listing all the maintenance-significant repair parts installed in the equipment or component to which it applies
+ Compiling and analyze data through research using Haystack, engineering drawings, and Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) software.

+ Identifying the source of material and correct maintenance level authorized to remove and replace, repair, and dispose of items. Assign and/or create Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability?SM&R codes to identify?the maintenance concept of the systems or equipment.
+ Analyze, organize, plan and administer various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more basic programs using established procedures.

**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
· Monitors patient admissions to assure appropriate patient placement
· Focuses on efficient bed utilization when assigning beds, based on patient diagnosis, special needs, physician preference and bed availability.
· Conducts admission reviews per the UM plan related to level of care changes, to assure that hospitalization is warranted based on established criteria.
· Utilizes knowledge of current census information and potential inpatient bed needs to project accurate and appropriate placement of incoming patients.
· Oversees the incoming calls of the One Call Center and, working with protocols, triages and transfers those calls appropriately to facilitate the admission of patients to Mercy Medical Center.
· Communicates bed placement explanations to appropriate Patient Flow and Patient Access Department staff.
· Facilitates communication with respective Department Directors and managers regarding bed flow and other issues as appropriate.
· Facilitates appropriate referrals to care coordination.
· Occasionally assists with pre-authorization of services, as needed.
· Utilizes expert knowledge and teamwork to facilitate cohesive efforts to achieve continuous quality management and excellence in providing for patients and/or populations.
· Applies professional Nursing skills in applying the four aspects of the nursing process
(assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) when indicated to evaluate needs of incoming patient and the disease process to assess needs for bed placement and appropriate care.
· Acts as a liaison between Doctors, offices, facilities and Mercy to facilitate the admission process.
· Assists medical staff physicians with interpretation and compliance with external regulatory agencies and Medicare, Medicaid and third party payer requirements.
· Carries out hospital programs and principles of utilization review in compliance with hospital policies and external regulatory agencies Peer Review Organization (PRO), The Joint Commission (TJC, and multiple payer defined criteria for eligibility. Validates medical necessity using Medicare guidelines.
· Promotes proactive planning and direction for care management, patient placement, pending discharges/transfers and appropriate use of services.
· Works closely with the House Supervisor to efficiently manage patient volumes and available resources
**MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:**
· Possession of a current license as a registered nurse issued by the State of Iowa.
· BSN or degree in healthcare related field preferred.
· Two years clinical nursing experience required.
· Experience in Patient Access, Admissions and Flow Operations, preferred.
· Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter - Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire.
· BLS certified by the end of the orientation period (approximately six (6) weeks). Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
· Basic understanding of computer applications.
· Knowledge of eligibility requirements for insurance coverage with respect to health care services: ambulatory, observation stays, surgical, acute care, subacute and continuum of care services.
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical situations related to patient placement. Ability to work and function independently exercising judgement to reach resolutions to issues related to patient placement.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with business development teams to create customized, scalable, and efficient logistics solutions based on client requirements.
+ Design detailed operational and technical solutions, including cost models and blueprints, for warehousing and distribution, optimizing layouts, workflows, and resource utilization.
+ Conduct in-depth analyses of client data to define quantifiable activity flows, process maps, and labor productivity, integrating and evaluating automation, robotics and IT concepts.
+ Support project management during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from design to steady-state operation and providing ongoing guidance.
+ Perform financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to ensure proposed solutions meet financial objectives and support comprehensive proposal development.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in a solutions design role within logistics, warehousing, or a related industry.
+ Proficiency with industry-standard Contract Logistics Cost Models; experience with AutoCAD and simulation software is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and the ability to design efficient, cost-effective solutions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and compellingly to clients and internal teams.
+ Understanding of project management principles, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and budgets.

The Data Center Reverse Logistics team is responsible for supporting Apple's Enterprise of Apple owned and operated Data Centers and Co-Locations globally. The team does media and asset reverse logistics ensuring that Apple continues to adhere to the highest standards of privacy and security.
The Data Center Operations group is looking for a Reverse Logistics Specialist to support this End of Life Program strategy.
**Description**
In this role, the Reverse Logistics Specialist will drive standard methodologies for logistics operations and inventory management, reporting, and handling. This position will report to the site logistics manger, while working closely with the Data Center Operations Asset Manager while closely collaborating cross-functionally with logistics, site services and other key partners to achieve enterprise-wide objectives regarding the resale or recycle of legacy assets and media.
Responsibilities
Work with other site program managers to achieve results through efficiency gains and standardization while mitigating risk for Apple.
Partner proactively with Apple Infrastructure Services teams and other key partners to drive secure asset and media strategy.
Implementation of appropriate control mechanisms to achieve outstanding levels of material security and material data accuracy,
Daily direction and oversight to others as needed to ensure daily activities supporting asset and media management are completed and maintaining site media management training and audit programs to assure highly qualified backups for every function.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Experience in data center operations, operations management, supply chain, logistics or material management.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds waist high.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent work experience Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with team members and other departments.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
+ Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safety.
+ Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
