Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all supply chain activities within the plant. Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping and Subcontracting with strong focus on improving service to the customer, The scope of the role includes leading the overall strategy for demand planning, material planning, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Additionally, they will manage the implementation of all new solutions within our supply chain processes. This is a pivotal role that will ensure our site can produce efficiently and meet customer demands cost-effectively.
Key metrics for success in this position include flexibility, reliability, inventory turns, and achieving savings through supply chain initiatives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Champion Safety
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, technology, and service delivery, ensuring customer reliability and flexibility.
+ Assist in instituting and promoting cost reduction projects.
+ Coordinate with other departments to determine materials needed and schedules to be met.
+ Develop Demand Planning collecting info for production planning team including trend analysis and variances.
+ Organize and define clear process for Capacity planning of all the assets in Toronto based on the demand planning output.
+ Define processes to minimize the high demand during the peak season (Prebuild, Outsourcing, Intercompany support, etc).
+ Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process, fostering collaboration across departments.

+ Ensure compliance with government regulations.
Strategic Transformation and Long-term strategy development

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
+ 5+ years Supply Chain Management or related experience, with 3+ year's supervisory or lead experience preferred.
+ Project lead experience.
+ Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies (e.g. ELS, continuous flow etc.) and the ability to integrate those into the operation.
+ Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead, influence, and drive strategic execution within a team.
+ Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google Suite, Oracle, and ability to learn other function specific software.
Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $01,000- 110,000/year.

We are currently seeking a Senior Logistics Management Analyst to support the multiple DOD related programs (examples include but not limited too TPQ-53, Sentinel). In this role the Analyst will support the Depot team assisting the Program Team (e.g. Logistics Program Manager (LPM), Production, etc.) with daily tasking.
In this position, the successful candidate will:
- Assist with preparing and executing requisitions for material to ship to various locations for repair, including internal repairs and vendor repairs.
- Track all items in the repair cycle and provide status as required.
- Perform inventory management through support of daily and weekly cycle counting. This includes stock corrections and updates in the tool of record for programs (e.g., SAP, RepairData) as required.
- Manage A and F condition material.
- Assist with preparing and executing requisitions for material to ship to various locations for the end user.
- Process all customer-required paperwork and labeling for material shipments, including DD1149s.
- Arrange and coordinate material moves through the depot to designated locations using internal material transfers, external shipping systems and documents, and other methods.
- Schedule and arrange government-brokered loads through the Government Portal.
- Schedule and arrange LTL carriers.
- Coordinate materials to be shipped back to the customer.

We are currently seeking a Staff Level Logistics Management Analyst who will assume the Repair Depot lead responsibilities for the Ground-Based Air Surveillance Programs in Syracuse, NY.
The position leads a team consisting of supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, contracts, and logistics analysis professionals. They will be responsible for the effective execution of product repair efforts supporting over 30+ contracts which include the US and several international customers.
The position will work closely with Program Managers and other Functions on the day-to-day management, measurement, and reporting of contract scope. The candidate devises and implements plans, budgets, and schedules in response to program requirements. The candidate will work developing proposals and obtaining quotes for repair actions, inducting items into the repair cycle, and tracking progress.
They are responsible for managing outside vendors supporting the repairs ensuring all repairs are flowing through the process as required. They will coordinate customer sell-off, Box/Pack/Ship to final destination, and ultimately ensuring repairs are made within the contract cost and schedule constraints. The position will also be responsible for achieving the desired Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), setting priorities for repairs, measuring effectiveness of the repair operation, process improvements, and reporting status to Program Management.

Skills and Experience:Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in an engineering, business or related discipline 10+ years experience OR MA/MS degree in an engineering, business or related discipline 8+ years experience OR 14+ years of military or aerospace experience.
Experience with techniques and tools to define, quantify and analyze supportability issues across multiple ILS elements.
Experience with the development of system maintenance concepts and life cycle support plans.
Proven knowledge/experience working with electronic systems.
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the use of SLICwave supportability analysis.
Demonstrated communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Team working skills to coordinate needs within an open, multi-tasking environment in an engineering development setting.
Ability to communicate, work and manage customer and subcontractor relationships to meet requirements and coordinate opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to direct and influence ILS teams for program/project success, and drive to results.
Demonstrated ability to execute across the entire product life cycle.
