**Duties**
**and responsibilities include:**
· Pull and kit parts for operational sites.
· Perform inventory management processes/audits (Cycle Counts, Container Audits, Damage/LDD's etc.)
· Government property returning from operational sites are inventoried and prepared items for storage. (Labeling, securing, palletizing, covering, etc.)
· Determine methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight and/or height limits, and required space.
· Position requires working primarily outside, year-round, exposed to seasonal weather changes.
· Other duties as necessary.
**The Logistics Specialist:**
· Should be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to communicate well with others.
· Should be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of commitment to the overall mission
· Should possess the ability to learn and follow established processes, procedures, and requirements
**Basic Qualifications:**
· U.S. Citizenship required.
· 1 year of storeroom/warehouse experience.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to remain on feet daily for 6-9hours.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Prior experience completing inventory.
· Completion of some college coursework.
· Receiving, shipping and stocking.
· Forklift experience, with a clean safety record.
· Experience with Microsoft products.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Aviation Logistics Analyst
Job Description Summary:
The Aviation Logistics Analyst provides the full spectrum of logistics analyst support to the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) Technical Support Services (TSS) contract in Elizabeth City, NC. ALC provides logistics and depot maintenance support to all U.S. Coast Guard aviation assets including the C-27J Spartan, HC-144 Ocean Sentry, C-130 H/J Hercules, MH-60T Jayhawk, and MH-65D/E Dolphin.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Draft Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) enabling technicians to properly sustain aircraft. Write engineering specifications, including schematics and figures to document approved depot-level repairs and processes.

Review drafts of technical publications and technical drawing, including wiring diagrams, for content and format. Submit change requests for changes to aeronautical publications when applicable.

Monitor changes to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), USCG and other services technical directives relating to logistics support (e.g. maintenance, technical data, support and test equipment, facilities, supply support, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, training, training devices and computer resources, design interface, configuration management and deficiencies for applicability to USCG aircraft. Provide recommendations for action to the applicable

engineering cell leader for Government action.

Conduct market research to collect and assemble information including, but not limited to: technical data packages, price, availability, quality initiatives, source approval and validation process, vendor capabilities, and vendor past performance.

Conduct reverse engineering efforts.

Write, review and update logistics policy, procedure, and process documents.
-
Generate Time Compliant Technical Orders (TCTOs) for applicable aircraft systems, sub-systems, assemblies, and/or parts. Assist in validation and verification of TCTOs. Track parts ordered by the Government for TCTO kits. Create and deliver TCTO kits using Government provided parts.

Generate and execute Engineering Service Requests.

Initiate, conduct and complete Spare Parts Breakout (SPBO) projects, including full and limited screen breakouts.

Generate Supply Inventory Change Records (SICRs) for applicable aircraft parts.

Participate in meetings for technical, production or programmatic issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Ten (10) years’ experience with aviation airframe maintenance. Maintenance experience includes either mechanic or engineering technician positions. Within the ten (10) years, demonstrated experience in the following areas:
-
Providing technical support for search, detection, navigation, other electronic components, subsystems, systems and ground support equipment.
-
Researching and analyzing information contained in the aircraft’s maintenance records and providing detailed reports for an aircraft pre-induction.
-
Performing directed management studies, analyses, reviews and verifications to establish requirements and standards; data analyses and research for decision support; technology upgrade investigations; and system enhancement studies.

Reviewing maintenance records for aircraft.
-
Writing technical specifications including schematics and figures for the express purpose of documenting approved depot level repairs and processes.

Providing onsite technical support for approved prototypes and installation of system modifications.

Developing and writing aviation documentation to include maintenance procedures, schematics, and figures.

**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of experience _OR_ a Master's degree and six (6) years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management related work.
+ In lieu of a degree, ten (10) years of logistics/supply chain management experience is acceptable.

+ Experience in evaluating the entire life cycle of a product but focused on these elements:

**Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of ALC. Responsible for evaluating the entire life cycle of a product, but primarily focused on the following elements:

+ Assist with developing models and forecasts for ALC/BOD to determine mission support costs, including maintenance, repair, sparing, warehousing, labor hours, transportation, and other relevant economic drivers.
+ Create a Logistical Analysis program that has clearly defined processes and procedures to build out customer requirements, evaluate/prioritize work acceptance, document application development, and regularly re-evaluate product support.
+ Provide business case analysis with stated planning variables and sensitivity analysis to provide ALC different courses of actions for mission support and sustainment decisions.
+ Establish project timelines, monitor work completion, and provide assistance to other Logisticians to improve project management, breadth of analysis, and communication skills.
+ Provide oversight and executive-level management for all contractor engagements under this task order. Represent the contractor at all task order level post-award meetings.
