Receiving: This role manages functions for receiving of parts, including material handling, receiving paperwork, ISO requirements and returns.
Shipping: Coordinate the material handling, packaging, and routing of parts shipments to the shipping team. Including any paperwork needed to identify the shipment and its contents.

Position Summary of Inventory Receiving Clerk:
Reporting to the Sr Materials Manager, the Inventory Receiving Clerk partners with the Supply Chain team and Operations staff to ensure Circuit Check’s commitment to increasing our customers shipped quality while decreasing overall test costs.
This position reports to the Sr Materials Manager and according to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as non-exempt.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Inventory Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of daily inventory activities, including: the accuracy of inventory receipt activities, inventory locations are properly recorded. They are accountable to accurate cycle counts, replenishments, and location audits, accurately recording those counts into the ERP system and seek recount verification and authorizations according to company guidelines. They assist in picking material for production shop orders. They are responsible for determining the root cause of inventory discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions to process/procedure to eliminate future occurrences. They act as the back-up the shipping function for the fulfillment of customer orders.

- Visually inspect items for damage and compare packing list against purchase order alerting the assigned Buyer of any discrepancies

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with at least 6 months of related experience with the use of ERP systems and within an ISO900 environment.

The Logistics Specialist will assist with supply chain activities required to bring products and ingredients into contracted warehouses, vendors, to our plants, or direct to customers. In this role, you will complete documentation and systems entry to enable timely and cost-effective flow of products and ingredients. Conduct activities to support the development of relationships to assist with order and shipment changes in making the best buy or sell decisions to minimize costs and maximize profits and services. Execute specialized transportation and logistics activities around material resource planning for the facilities, claims and incidents, customer service and customer orders contracts. Facilitate shipments against purchase and sales contracts, execute internal and external purchase orders and invoices and perform data entry updates using enterprise resource planning systems, spreadsheets and databases. Resolve basic issues and provide recommendations to support improved and cost beneficial freight movements. Assist with routine scheduling, transportation arrangement, stock inventory management and reporting of shipments according to purchase and sales contracts. Perform activities that support transportation and logistics solutions on inbound movement of raw commodity ingredients and finished goods from origin to destination. Execute logistics activities that support the execution of the supply chain, including transportation capacity planning, management of third party warehouses and vendors, container administration and import shipments. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers
- Average $12000 annually
- $000 retention bonus

- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships

- Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
- Drivers can expect to be away from home 1 to 3 weeks per assignment
- Drivers will travel to assigned location, and work from there for duration of work assignment

Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A required
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2 , this role requires English language proficiency.
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
- This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
