The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Full-Time in office Logistics Management Specialist to support a US Government program in Fayetteville, NC. This position will provide direct support to the fielding and New Equipment Training of US Army units worldwide. Individual will provide accountability of over $3M of Government Equipment. Individual will be responsible for inventories and inspections as required by Government Officials.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting Government Furnished Property (GFP) upon delivery.

• Conducting periodic physical inventories of GFP.

• Investigating discrepancies or losses of GFP.

• Preparing documentation for GFP acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.

• Monitoring supply and demand; developing disposition plans based on low or zero demand history.

• Developing and implementing GFP management plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience

• Active Secret Security Clearance

• Must be able to travel up to 20% (CONUS and OCONUS)

• Proficiency in Government Property management, including inventory management, property accounting, storage and disposition of Government Furnished Property (GFP).

• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 45.

• Strong understanding of Government Property regulatory requirements including:

• AR 735-5, Property Accountability Policies

• AR 710-2, Inventory Management Supply Policy Below the Wholesale Level

GovCIO is currently hiring for Logistics Engineer to provide asset management, procurement, and logistical support. This position will be located in Fayetteville NC and will be an oniste position.

Responsibilities

Provides support to the logistics function, preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate the impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component, and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, and technical manuals to support lifecycle of the product. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts. Sources, negotiates,and purchases machinery, equipment, tools, rawmaterials, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies necessary fortheoperation of an organization. Monitors and selects suppliers based on performance and other factors. Compiles and analyzes information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes. Identifies opportunities to leverage material acquisitions. Negotiates with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determinethelowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. • If there are equipment shortages, overages, packing discrepancies, wrong item or wrong/illegible/missing markings submit to the responsible COR, PEOS, PM or SMD.
• For damages identified as transportation related ensure the gaining unit secures the defective materiel until notification of appropriate disposition by the consignor when applicable.
• Provide the Unit Accountable Property Officer (APO) and Unit Supply Non-commissioned Officer (NCO) affected by the discrepancy with a copy of the customer documentation package, with issue, receipt and transfer documents for use by the affected APO and NCO to record and document receipt/transfer of equipment.
• Prepare and deliver a Materiel Fielding After Action Report (AAR) to the Government upon completion of each fielding mission.
• Travel nationally and internationally as the program requires.
• Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, to include MS Outlook, MS Project and MS Access.
• Experience with Theatre Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), LOGICOL System, Army Enterprise System Integrations Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Lead Material Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST) and Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool (M3PT) is desired.
