Tessera is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to lead inventory and procurement operations at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). This role is critical to ensuring production success, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective material management. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and team success depend on this leadership role. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Core Leadership Responsibilities:

Inventory & Procurement Management:

Optimize inventory across storerooms and service vans.

Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal policies.
Team Leadership & Training:

Supervise and mentor logistics personnel including warehouse and procurement staff.

Provide guidance to shop leads and maintenance teams.
Process Improvement & Analytics:

Leverage BI dashboards and Maximo systems to analyze performance.

Streamline operations and support reporting.

Drive automation in inventory and procurement processes.
Operational Oversight:

Assign and track employee work.

Monitor safety and conduct.

Manage timekeeping and conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Compliance & Safety:
- Conduct safety meetings, maintain accountability for government assets, and ensure secure facility operations. Serve as a backup driver for material deliveries when needed.
Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree in Logistics or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Experience: 5–8 years in supply chain management, preferably within facilities maintenance or a related industry

Certifications (Preferred): Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Maximo logistics applications, Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reporting tools

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Management position supporting the Space Systems Command, Battle Management, Command, Control, Communication, and Space Intelligence (BMC3I) in the NCMC-ITW/AA System Program Office (NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment). The NCMC Program Office manages the activities that provide authorities with accurate, timely, and unambiguous warning and attack assessment of air, missile, and space threats. As the Logistics Manager, you be involved with logistics management operations involving planning, coordinating, or evaluating the actions required to support the specified mission and system components of the division.
This is a full-time position on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB) located in Colorado Springs, CO. Expect less than 10% telework within the Colorado Springs area unless otherwise designated by the government customer.
Responsibilities- Work with a team of four other logistics managers to perform logistics management operations involving planning, coordinating, or evaluating the actions required to support the specified mission and system components of the NCMC/ITW-AA division
- Apply knowledge, familiarity and experience implementing tenets of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook and the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements to integrate logistics requirements into NCMC-ITW/AA logistics planning and execution
- Provide expert logistics input on Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS)
- Apply experience with USAF Technical Orders (TO) to review, identify procedural and data discrepancies, and provide corrections prior to publication
- Work independently and/or as part of a collaborative integrated project team to perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions required to support the NCMC-ITW/AA program and mission
- Correlate logistics requirements with program plans to assure that required support is forecast and provided at the right time and place
- Apply Waterfall and/or Agile development logistics methodologies to both hardware & software acquisition/sustainment projects in a System Program Office (SPO) setting
- Apply knowledge of the acquisition life-cycle and product support planning, in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions, during each phase of acquisition
- Lead and/or assist the program's effort to execute a Logistics Health Assessment (LHA)
- Familiarity with and utilization of a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and its processes
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, with civilian and military personnel and stakeholders
- Collect and analyze manufacturer and Space Force metrics (supply, reliability, maintainability, reliability, etc.) to be briefed at program reviews and other stakeholder meetings as required
- Communicate and collaborate over MS Teams, Confluence, JIRA, phone and other designated collaboration methods to maximize contribution, especially during telework periods
- Utilize Microsoft Office products as the primary software tools
- Apply knowledge of DoD and USAF/USSF property management and Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) policies, processes, and procedures
Qualifications

As a Product Support & Logistics Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing skilled and experienced lifecycle logistics support throughout the entire system lifecycle, including design, development, test, production, sustainment improvement modifications, and system disposition.
- Supporting systems engineering, architecture development, and decision-making processes from a logistics perspective.
- Engaging in integrated logistics planning and execution activities.
- Providing acquisition assistance, including support for contracting, finance, and scheduling activities.
- Offering overall product support expertise across various acquisition lifecycle efforts.
- Developing and delivering draft product support requirements documents to ensure product support considerations are integrated into system acquisitions.
- Collaborating with Government cross-functional teams to develop accurate assumptions, capture data, and perform data analysis to refine product support requirements.
- Providing guidance and conducting assessments to facilitate informed decisions on developing and maturing product support elements and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory directives.
- Implementing and managing support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of weapon systems, subsystems, and components.
- Providing oversight of product support functions for fielded systems.
- Applying comprehensive knowledge in the implementation and execution of the twelve (12) Product Support Elements (PSE).
- Managing military airlift cargo using the government transportation network and billing process, requiring intimate knowledge of Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS) and Defense Enterprise and Accounting Management System (DEAMS).
- Providing product support to various space systems, including but not limited to Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) rapid prototyping and rapid fielding initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining technical order management and maintenance activities (TOMA).
- Assisting with the development of new technical order development strategies to align with evolving Government system acquisition strategies.
- Participating in the development of RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, and PWSs related to technical orders.
- Supporting the efficient, accurate, and cost-effective acquisition of technical orders.
- Managing technical order in-process reviews, working group meetings, and validation/verification events and schedules.

Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to provide integrated logistics support to the U.S. Armys 100th Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Brigade. This position is responsible for managing a broad scope of logistics functions related to the planning, coordination, integration, and execution of mission-critical sustainment activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions across all lifecycle phases, including documentation and planning for Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), Mission Support Plans (MSP), Life Cycle Cost (LCC) studies, and Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR).
- Serve as the Brigade-level Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) for the Defense Travel System (DTS), maintaining compliance with the Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR), USASMDC business rules, and National Guard travel policy.
- Administer the Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) fleet for the 100th MDB and its subordinate units, ensuring accountability and readiness of government-owned and leased vehicles.
- Generate, review, and revise logistics policies, SOPs, plans, and documentation in support of fielding, sustainment, and logistics decision-making.
- Conduct and support Risk Management Internal Controls (RMIC) processes in accordance with Army Regulation 11-2.
- Coordinate logistics inputs to external agency documents, issue resolution forums, and meetings involving MDA, NGB, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support to internal and external inspections, audits, and staff-assisted visits (SAVs) across logistics-related functions.
- Liaise with logistics and sustainment personnel from external agencies, including National Guard organizations, Army Commands, and program stakeholders.
- Provide staff-level support for planning, problem-solving, and operational integration of logistics functions at the brigade and battalion levels.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Over 12 years of relevant experience performing integrated logistics support (ILS) across military or federal programs.
- Experience managing DTS, NTV programs, and ILS documentation at the brigade or higher echelon is strongly desired.
- Prior experience supporting Army National Guard or Missile Defense Command logistics operations preferred.
Must Have Experience With:
- Preparing and managing ILS documentation: CONOPS, ORD, MNS, ILSP, CRLCMP, MOUs/MOAs, LSAR, LCC, MRL, and MSP.
- Defense Travel System (DTS) administration and compliance tracking.
- Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) fleet oversight and accountability.
