An Insight Global customer in the 3PL industry is in need of a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will be supporting customers in the alcohol and spirits accounts team. The main responsibility in this role is to ensure on time delivery of goods and to accommodate any and all customer inquiries, issues, etc. This is a 1st shift, hybrid role with mandatory onsite T-Th and remote Mondays and Fridays. This position will be based out of their office in Fort Worth, TX.
Compensation:
$18/hr to $19/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. - Manually pick full-case orders and stacks them onto pallets using a scanner/tablet
- Ensure proper staging and identification once an order has been completely picked
- Use various pieces of equipment (manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach truck and propane lift) to move pallets
- Verify quantities, quality of items, and proper labeling of products that are being shipped
- Examine all packaging and contents of items for quality
- Verify all packaging information against the packing list and SAP
- Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, production, instant and small pack

- Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets
