- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to align operational activities with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and equipment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics operations, with at least 4 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, transportation management, and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS).
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
