TITLE: Logistics Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Logistics REPORTS TO: Logistics Supervisor About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Coordinators monitor daily onsite delivery operations from start to finish. Logistics Coordinators are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person, and they are a communication point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls from drivers. Logistics Coordinators track our Delivery Drivers movements to ensure successful direct-to-consumer deliveries.
How Youll Make a Difference
- Responsible for the success of all drivers/routes dispatched from a specific hub
- Unload deliveries from trucks and/or cold storage
- Route organization/staging
- Check-in drivers and distribute routes accordingly
- Keep the delivery driver roster up to date
- Train and coach new and existing delivery drivers as needed
- Keep detailed documentation and compile shift reports
- Act as a last resort rescue and/or VIP delivery driver when needed
- Conduct delivery driver interviews
- Assist with onboarding new drivers as needed
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Logistics teams to review and mitigate error reports

JOB TITLE: Logistics Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Superintendent, Engineer
PAY RANGE: $25-$0/Hour DOE
SUMMARY
Responsible for the material needs of various projects to include special environmental requirements. Work active inventories for both purchased consumable material and any furnished from the customer. Utilize current consumption rates to provide forecasts to the customer on future material need and order consumables with lead time estimates to limit down time on the deck plate. Collaborate with the Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Managers, on material need for upcoming work and any other necessary aspects relating to material for each project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage active inventories across multiple projects.
- Facilitate furnished material transfer from the customer.
- Coordinate purchasing of project specific consumables.
- Create material related spreadsheets to support the Project Managers and Superintendents for each job.
- Work with Project Managers and Superintendents on the pre-planning of required material needs.
- Work with Engineers to ensure material storage areas have proper environmental capabilities.
- Submit weekly reports to Project Managers, Superintendents, or Engineering of material consumption rates to include material tracking spreadsheets,
- Manage and receive daily material requests from all Superintendents and submit material orders.
- Perform receipt inspection on all ordered materials to ensure the vendor complies with PO quantities and instructions.

Storeroom clerk:
- Moves and transports product using forklift.

- 49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirements within 30 days of hire).
- Valid state driver’s license required for the areas of Operation Support Representative, Warehouse HPD Clerk, Warehouse Shipping Clerk and Tooling & Calibration Clerk.

This position is contingent on contract award.
International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for an individual who is an experienced Logistics Planner to develop and implement logistical strategies that ensure the timely and efficient movement, supply, and maintenance of troops and equipment. This position involves coordinating resources, analyzing logistics challenges, and collaborating with various units to enhance operational readiness and support mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Involved in multiple facets of logistics to improve overall effectiveness of logistics planning.
- Coordinates pre-deployment planning for the provision of necessary maintenance personnel, facilities, support equipment, materiel, and services.
- Develops the logistics staff estimate, including assessment of the logistics capabilities in and the characteristics of the area of operations.
- Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
