Job Summary
Performs many non-clinical tasks required to deliver care, including but not limited to, Inventory Control (parring, put-away), Linen Inventory Management and Distribution, Patient Care Equipment Cleaning and Distribution, and Patient Transport. Coordinates functions within base department or an assigned clinical area. Delivers high level of customer service to co-workers, patients and the clinical staff. Works in a self-directed manner to prioritize job functions. Responsible for ensuring the very best patient/family experience by optimizing all customer interactions.
Job Duties
+ Supports the care delivery process by performing the required care delivery support activities.
+ May assist with any non-clinical activity required to support the delivery of care.
+ Transports patients, belongings and deceased to and from assigned departments.
+ Assists floor staff to ready patients for transport.
+ Properly identifies patient prior to transport and assures that patient has an I.D. band.
+ Manages the resources for an assigned clinical area, including procurement, transport, storage, preparation, cleaning, and maintenance assistance.
+ Resources may include any supplies, medications excluding Scheduled Controlled Substances as defined by the DEA, linen, equipment, or other materials required for patient care or for other required activities (does not include staff members).
+ Maintains a current understanding of the supplies, equipment, services, other resources, and operations provided by the Support Services departments.
+ Maintains data entry to support performance metrics as assigned or required.
+ Suggests opportunities for improvement, offers solutions to the issues, and actively works to implement these solutions to improve operations and remove waste from processes.
+ Actively participates as a team member in working towards the goals of the assigned unit and organization by supporting the clinical staff as directed, serving as a mentor and trainer for new staff, and providing the highest level of customer service possible.
+ Actively works to keep supply rooms, equipment storage rooms, patient rooms, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
+ Provides for a safe environment by taking corrective measures to maintain a neat and orderly work environment in optimal functioning order.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Job Summary-

The Coordinator I Pipeline Logistics position is an entry level position that does not require prior natural gas experience. The Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating gas nominations for the company's retail and wholesale customers behind 17 interstate and 7 midstream pipeline assets. With supervision, the Coordinator is responsible for scheduling supply to demand in the most cost-effective manner, avoiding incremental expenses and penalties to the company. The Coordinator monitors pipeline conditions, communicates such conditions to other members of the Supply team, and can solve routine problems following standard protocols. They are able to identify and communicate issues as they arise and works with peers and supervisor to develop effective solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities-

  • Coordinate natural gas supply to retail and wholesale customers by adhering to all pipeline conditions and scheduling supplies in the most cost-effective manner. Communicate changes to pipeline conditions to relevant members of the Supply team. Monitor nomination changes throughout each NAESB cycle and work either independently, or with others, to resolve issues as they arise. Verify scheduling activities tie out to Supply/Demand sheets and work independently, or with assistance, on rectifying the variance with the Trading team. Additionally, perform first of month setup tasks including accepting capacity releases and setting up capacity sheets and Gastar to prepare for scheduling.
  • Utilizing tools available, tie out scheduling activities between Gastar and pipeline EBB to ensure final scheduled are recorded accurately on a daily basis. Update supply and sale deals to reflect nomination cuts.
  • Participate in after hours on call rotation that spans into evenings, weekends, and holidays. Monitor nominations and pipeline conditions for all assets, and rectify scheduling issues independently, or with the help of others.
  • Address invoicing issues with Accounting in a timely manner.

Education and Experience-

Bachelors or Associates degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline

• Collaboration with HQ, RHQ, Team members, Site Managers
• Monitor, test, root-cause finding and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, the effectiveness of cycle counting, Physical Inventory
• Produces various reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis briefing team leaders
• Ensure direct reports maintain SOP training and/or review at least twice a year
• Initiate, develop, and implement continuous warehouse improvements within distribution/return/rebox functions in Hazleton, Bethel, Groveland, and other regions
• Works with all levels of Management as key information provider for Distribution metrics
• Metric reporting for KPIs
• Analyze forecasts, simulation, productivity
• Prepare for Peak Season Operations
• Identifies customer/market trends, requirements & operation issues
• Gather & Identify various operation statuses and performance
• Support developing & implementing solutions to meet requirements, solve issues, and to improve operation performance
