The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipping/receiving, package inspection, vendor pick-up/drop-off, warehouse inventory, moving and setting equipment, assembly of fixtures, general facility inspections, escorting contractors, general cleaning, monitoring routine building maintenance tasks and determining necessary repairs. The candidate will perform general facility and other tasks as assigned, escort contractors and vendors, mount safety signage, stock personnel protective equipment, test safety and security functions, order and stock shipping supplies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years min of experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse/facility operations

Supply Chain Manager

Your seat at the table
- Materials management to Finished Good (FG) shipment of end-to-end supply chain.
- Management of all aspects of Materials Management at the site including Plant Production. Scheduling, Material Planning, Bulk Purchasing, Inventory Control, Inbound Receiving, Outbound Shipments (including FG Exports), Intercompany Shipments and In-house Material Control including material usage variance evaluation.

- Ensure products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed, or received in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop labor planning to execute load schedule safely and efficiently.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in a warehousing/distribution management environment in an FDA regulated facility preferred, with credibility in safety, operations, and facilities management.
- Expertise in inventory control and order fulfillment quality standards and metrics (e.g. KPIs) including customer fill rates, inventory turnover, excess and short-dated inventory management, and forecast accuracy.
- Strong project management skills; demonstrated excellence in managing internal customers.
- Excellent skills in organization, and leadership.
- Fully competent and knowledgeable on WMS and TMS applications in a GMP manufacturing environment - inputting and identifying locations, implementation of WMS, training, daily monitoring of over-rides and manage system upgrades.

Responsibilities
- Promote a safety-first workplace, encouraging the identification of opportunities for improvement related to process and/or equipment.
- Regularly reviews capacity data and develops plans, including identification of materials for outsourcing and insourcing, with the Operations Team to address capacity issues.
- Collaborates within the Supply Chain to resolve material shortages and level load production to achieve feasible production schedules.
- Manages the identification of issues and opportunities related to MRP settings to ensure that the proper quantities of raw material and component stock are available to meet customer demand.

- Provides leadership and development to the Materials team including MRP Controllers, MRO Buyer and Distribution Manager.
- Manages Aged WIP and support the movement of MRB material.
- Drives continuous improvements to current Materials Planning and other related business processes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, and / or Purchasing.
- 5+ years of experience and demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others with an increasing experience and responsibility including prior leadership roles.
- Experience in Inventory Management and Capacity Management processes and tools.
- Proficient with the use of MRP tools and methodologies; knowledge of SAP ERP system preferred.

Summary
The Global Logistics Director will lead UWI’s worldwide logistics operations, driving strategy across transportation, packaging, compliance, technology, and partner management. This role ensures our global supply chain delivers best-in-class efficiency, cost, compliance, and service across all channels, including dealer, distributor, and direct-to-consumer sales.
This leader will oversee global carrier negotiations, compliance programs, 3PL partnerships, and logistics systems while building and developing a world-class team. Success in this role requires strategic vision, operational rigor, and the ability to collaborate across a global, matrixed organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global logistics strategy focused on efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery.
- Lead packaging improvements to optimize both cost and quality.
- Establish operating and cost metrics; monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure online sales delivery costs and execution are competitive with top e-commerce retailers.
- Design, document, and implement global transportation compliance programs (Export Control, HAZMAT, etc.).
- Establish supplier qualification and development programs for transportation partners.
- Analyze capacity to support future growth and strategic planning.
- Define logistics partner strategy (carriers, 3PLs, etc.) and manage key vendor relationships.
- Provide strategic input into sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP).
- Oversee logistics operations outside the U.S. through matrixed relationships.
- Lead critical technology projects (ERP, TMS, WMS) as primary business partner.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate global supply chain disruptions.
- Partner with direct-to-consumer teams to improve cost and service performance.
- Build relationships with key dealer and distributor partners to ensure top-tier service.
- Lead annual budgeting, target setting, and organizational planning.
- Develop and coach global logistics talent, optimizing team structure and performance.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in global logistics management.
- 3+ years in a senior role setting global logistics strategy.
- Proven success negotiating contracts with parcel, LTL, and 3PL carriers (U.S. and international).
- Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS; system implementation preferred.
- Strong track record in compliance program management and international trade regulations.
- Experience leading global logistics operations at scale, including fulfillment centers.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Durable consumer goods experience preferred.
