**J** **ob Summary:**
Caterpillar's Large Power Systems division has an exciting opportunity available for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Griffin, GA! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the seamless movement of finished products from the Griffin operations facility to the third-party logistics (3PL) team. Also, in this role you will serve as the signal point of contact and conduit between Caterpillar and the 3PL, quickly assessing and resolving issues or concerns as they arise.
**What you will do:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing:
+ International shipping Document approvals, Maintaining Bills of Lading for compliance, resolving Shipping System Grief, and processing Certificates of Origin while also serving as the primary Caterpillar Employee contact for the 3PL - TA Dedicated.
+ Conducts monthly BOL audits, generates weekly 3PL performance reports, and prepares the TAD Monthly Cost Breakdown to promote financial transparency and cost control.
+ Builds, updates, and maintains performance tracking tools to strengthen supply chain oversight and improve customer experience.
+ Perform root cause analysis (RCCA) for discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

**About the Role**
Caterpillar's Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Supply Chain Management is a three-year rotational program designed to accelerate development of entry-level talent and provide a solid foundation for meeting challenges within supply chain.  Being part of the LTDP team offers you a broad exposure to Caterpillar, presents diverse project responsibilities, engages you in a global team, provides cross-functional job experiences and includes valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Caterpillar leadership. Professionals within the program will complete three 12-month rotations, which are defined based on business needs.  You must be willing to travel and relocate to any participating facility in North America upon hire and throughout each rotation while in the program.  You'll join a team with diverse project responsibilities and have experiences including (but not limited to):
