Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to join our warehouse team. This day-to-day responsibilities of this position may include shipping and receiving, quality control (bill of materials verification), inventory control, material handling, and custom crate building. Comfort with computers is required, as this role requires regular use of software for tracking inventory, processing shipments, and keeping records. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, basic computer skills, and rough carpentry skills building pallets, crates, and dunnage.
Main Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Log all shipments using inventory software.
- Create shipping labels, packing slips, and Bills of Lading using platforms like FedEx, UPS, or freight systems.
- Keep shipping records organized (both digital and paper).
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Quality Control
- Report any damages or missing items through digital forms.
- Check incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Verify quantities and product types from production floor against Bill of Materials.
Inventory Control
- Use inventory software systems to enter and update inventory data.
- Perform physical counts and update records digitally.
- Investigate and correct any in inventory using available data.
- Communicate inventory status with other departments using email and shared systems.
- Create and send inventory reports as needed.
Material Handling
· Move raw materials to production floor as directed.
· Move finished goods from production floor to finished goods storage.
· Move stored raw materials and finished goods as directed by supervisor.
Crate Building
- Build custom wooden crates using hand and power tools.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood parts securely.
- Use foam, straps, and bracing to protect shipped items.
- Label crates with correct shipping info and handling instructions.
- Follow international shipping standards (ISPM-15) when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, email, shipping software).
- 2+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or inventory.
- Experience in crate building, carpentry, or woodworking is not required but will be viewed favorably.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

When you join our team as a **Logistics Coordinator, Truck** , you will be responsible for coordinating shipments
from Interfor' s US and Canadian operations, servicing the North American
market.
**What You'll Do**
+ Work closely with Manager, Truck Logistics to ensure adequatetransportation capacity is secured to meet forward order fulfilment anddelivery requirements.
+ Communicate with internal stakeholders on availability of inboundempty equipment and troubleshoot problems and/or delays.
+ Assist in maintaining rate quotes and freight optimization on salesinquiries from the Sales team.
+ Maintain and update rates in sales quoting tool,ERP and forecast systems.
+ Set-up and maintain freight vendors, location tables and CustomerShip-To Addresses in ERP system.
+ Demonstrate awareness of customer'sneeds and establish policies and practices to effectively meet those needsthrough practicable and feasible solutions.
+ Assist in implementing quality delivery initiatives and processesthat support Interfor' s core values.
+ Processing of freight payables and troubleshooting billing asrequired.
+ Experience negotiating freight rates
**What You Offer**
+ Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years of logistics experience.
+ Rail and/or truck experience or exposure highly preferred.
+ Experience with TMS and ERP systems considered an asset.
+ Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.
+ Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
+ Ability to communicate clear and concise information in an accurate, informative and professional manner.
+ Ability to multi-task, deal with numerous interruptions and meet multiple demands.
+ Strong customer service focus.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities-
- Manage inventories of general supplies.
- Control parts inventory with cycle count.
- Make a plan counting and handle it.
- Review parts stock between system and actual and adjust in the system
- Investigate and report to cycle count result
- Procure, receive, store and issue material.
- Communicate with CKD H/Q in Korea and LP suppliers for Inventory/packaging management.
- Manage warehouse product and product flow.
- Improve and manage 5S in supplier warehouses.
- Manage warehouse storage optimization.
- Manage monthly closing and backlog.
- Assist with projects and contribute to continuous improvement ideas as needed.
- Assist with general purchasing of basic warehouse items.
- Mange inventory levels and scheduling delivers from warehouses to MOBIS.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience: 0-3 years
Education: Bachelors Degree (BA/BS)
Degree Field: Supply Chain Management or related field
Equivalent Experience/Education : 3+ years of supply chain management/logistics experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment
Communication Skills: Proficient
Foreign Language Required: Yes. If yes, what language? Korean
Foreign Language Skill Level: Proficient
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate
Certified/Technical Skills:
- N/A
Additional/Other Requirements
- PC literate, SAP, including Microsoft Office products; Advanced Excel skills required
