Job Title: Maintenance & Store Logistics Manager

Position Overview

The Maintenance & Store Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store maintenance, facilities, both on-site and off-site upkeep, and logistical operations to ensure a clean, compliant, safe, and organized environment. This role requires a strong blend of handson technical expertise, leadership skills, and operational management experience to effectively coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Compliance Oversee routine and preventive maintenance for all store facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.

Cleanliness & Organization Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation across all areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, storage areas, and exterior premises.

Logistics & Inventory Flow Manage stockroom and backofhouse organization, ensuring efficient inventory storage, product movement, and replenishment processes.

Vendor & Contractor Management Source, coordinate, and oversee thirdparty service providers for repairs, maintenance projects, and supply deliveries.

Preventive & Emergency Repairs Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules; respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs.

Budget & Cost Control Manage maintenance and logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.

Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance Ensure store operations meet OSHA, environmental, fire, and other applicable regulations.

Team Leadership Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance and support staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications and Skill Area

Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or store operations logistics (retail or similar environment preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.

Familiarity with OSHA, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in basic maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.

Weekend work required

Physical Requirements: Position may include physically strenuous labor, continuous or repetitive movements; climbing ladders or steps; performing other physical tasks as required of the position; required to sit, talk, and hear; frequently required to use hand tools and computer which require repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movement; occasionally required to stand and reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend or crawl. • Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships

• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages

• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

• 35 stops per week

Schedule:

• Dispatch times range from midnight to 1 am

• 5 day schedule, Tuesday - Saturday

• Average 40 hours per week

• Home daily
