Job Overview
The Product Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics will play a key role in defining, building, and enhancing logistics and warehousing product capabilities across the Americas region. This role will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams at headquarters to develop competitive logistics products , enhance user experiences, and ensure our product offerings align with both customer needs and evolving market trends .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular research on local logistics and warehousing & distribution industry trends in the Americas, including customer demands and competitive analysis, ensuring our product strategy aligns with market needs and company goals .
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle management for logistics and warehousing & distribution products. Collect and prioritize product requirements, write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and define product features and user experience requirements covering warehousing management, inventory control, order processing, transportation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with the headquarters supply chain product team to participate in product design, development, testing, and go-to-market processes. Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality releases. After launch, continuously track performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to enhance product features and optimize performance.
- Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and other business teams to understand operational pain points and identify opportunities to enhance the adoption and effectiveness of logistics products, ultimately driving business growth.
- Monitor industry innovations and competitor products , analyze market data to uncover potential product gaps, and propose innovative enhancements such as new automation technologies or advanced route planning algorithms.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the supply chain space (e.g., automation, big data, AI) and explore ways to apply them to enhance product competitiveness.
- Extensive experience in logistics operations, product management, or solution design , with a proven ability to design and deliver logistics products .
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills .
- Familiarity with international logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations in the Americas is preferred.

Role Description:
The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Planning plays a key role in overseeing the coordination, execution, and optimization of the contract manufacturing and planning processes within Spectrum Vascular's supply chain. This role will support the process to assure coordination between vendors, contract manufacturing, sterilizer, and the 3PL warehouse. The role will also support/ lead the demand planning and S&OP process for the various product lines.
Role Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: In collaboration with sales and operations, analyze historical data, market trends/consumption, and sales forecasts to predict demand for vascular access products. Provide updates to management on forecast variance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of work in process and finished products to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Optimize inventory levels to include considerations such as shelf life, lead times, and planning schedules.
- Production Planning: Work with the contract manufacturing organization (CMO) to develop production schedules and plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacities, and ensure timely availability of products.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to maintain an efficient supply chain. Manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain such as delays in raw material delivery, regulatory changes, or quality issues. Develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks and maintain continuity in the supply chain.
- Procurement: Manage and maintain purchase orders with vendors. Ensure master data for vendor and item management is maintained. Execute replenishment purchase orders and work with Vendors to make changes and/or prioritize based on demand.
- Product Complaint Notification: interaction with Quality for triage and Customer Service / 3PL to coordinate product returns and investigation.
- Vendor Performance & Supply:
- Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) as well as measure performance of vendors with KPI's such as on time delivery, quality, and cost.
- Maintain supplier and quality agreements.
- Create, maintain and communicate Vendor Supply forecasts, based on a 12-month rolling forecast; Set priorities with vendors on open and planned future purchase orders as well as ensuring delivery dates are accurate.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards imposed by regulatory bodies like the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or other relevant agencies. This involves maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supply chain planning/ production planning in a medical device or other regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and planning principles – APICS certification .
- Ability to analyze complex data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production and planning processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using and managing an ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

The success and safety of every mission depends on getting needed supplies, materials and equipment at a moment's notice. Supply Corps Officers make sure the Navy has what it needs, when it needs it. Responsibilities for this job may include:
- Analyzing the demand for supplies and forecast future needs
- Ensuring all parts and equipment needed for ship maintenance and repairs are ordered and received on time
- Overseeing all retail services, logistics and culinary operations
- Managing the inspection, shipping, handling and packaging of supplies and equipment

Training & Advancement
Those pursuing a Supply Corps Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI. OCS is a program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers over the course of approximately three months. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Supply Corps Officer through the following specialized training programs:
Navy Supply School (27 weeks) in Newport, RI, for training in inventory management, food and retail operations, leadership, management and problem solving.
Advanced Training
Advanced training for prospective Supply Corps Officers may also be available. This specialized training may cover subjects including transportation management, freight classifications, methods of working with civilian carriers and special handling of medical goods and explosives.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Post-Service Opportunities
It's also important to note that specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields like logistics and business management.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience.
To qualify for employment consideration as a Supply Corps Officer in the Navy, you must be a U.S. citizen, be qualified for sea duty and be willing to serve worldwide. Degrees in business, science, technology, engineering and mathematics are preferred but not required. A graduate degree is preferred by not required.

Part-Time Opportunities
Serving part-time in the Navy Reserve, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Supply Corps Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes. This gives you the flexibility to expand your profession in the Navy without compromising your civilian career at home.
For annual training, Supply Corps Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether at sea or on shore stations at home and abroad.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Supply Corps Officers in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.
For current or former Navy Officers (NAVET): Prior experience satisfies the initial leadership training requirement - so you will not need to go through Officer Training again.
Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.

Your RoleWe are looking for a Logistics Specialist with a positive and proactive mindset who will assure a premium Customer Experience through proper management of delivery and installation.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities relating to the extraction, delivery and installation of products and accessories, either directly to customers or through wholesalers and distributors. You will maintain seamless communication between Technogym and 3rd parties to achieve customer satisfaction targets and guarantee our delivery and installation processes adhere to our high company standards, and lead continuous improvement efforts in quality, delivery, and cost of our delivery and assembly operations. This position is based out of our Jersey City offices and will report directly to the VP, Logistics and Order Fulfillment.
Your ImpactEnsure regular and effective communication within the business and externally with 3rd parties. In the internal business, developing strong relationships with the Sales and Customer Service Departments is paramount to your success in this role.
Ensure planning of D&I in accordance with the CPD.
Maintain the ERP system, ensuring alignment of accounting with physical stock, conducting variance analyses and periodical stock-counting.
Monitor the local stock and rotation index, ensuring the proper governance of stock management.
Address problems with order flow/shipping delays/quality-control issues, monitor deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and keep accurate logs of all transportation and inventory.
Check 3PL invoices and accounting, perform cost accounting and variance analyses, periodically audit 3PL delivery and installation and capabilities (skill matrix), coordinating any specific training activities to ensure that 3PL provide a service in line with the Technogym brand positioning.
Customs & Duties process management.
Identify and prioritize drivers to achieve performance metrics while driving continuous improvement in process.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to provide support throughout the delivery and assembly process.
Identify and resolve issues/concerns raised in a timely and highly responsive manner, and propose solutions to mitigate issues in the future.
Communicate with internal team members and external partners/clients to ensure deliveries and assemblies run smoothly and customers are satisfied.
About YouWhat you should bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
- Ideally around 3-5 years' relevant experience as a Logistics Specialist and/or working in the Logistics field
- Experience in managing 3PL relationships in terms of contracts, KPIs, monthly meeting reviews and SLA improvement
- Strong communications skills, both in terms of building internal relationships with key Technogym teams and liaising with warehouse management and in/out logistics flow management
- An in-depth understanding of and experience in using SAP and, ideally, advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Some knowledge of the fitness industry, performance, health and product use would be a plus
- Ability to work on-site in our Jersey City offices 5x/week
