What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license

• Available 30-40 hrs/week

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsft Office

• Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as warehouse management, logistics and transportation.

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for all operational activity including order entry, load planning, and load monitoring. The Supply Chain Supervisor will supervise salary associates, and is responsible for performance management. Actively involved in the hiring process as well as customer interactions.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead team of salaried employees (includes: performance review, corrective action, and goal setting)

• JDA Transportation Management System experience preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail and effective communications skills
• Strong customer focus
• Must be skilled in Problem Solving / Process Improvement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations
• Advanced desktop computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook required

Position Summary:

A Supply Chain Analyst will maintain solutions as it relates to the customer agreement and may recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency, provide cost savings or reduce support. Major Responsibilities:

• Analyzes route schedules or load plans, historical activity and customer trends in order to provide recommendations for improvements to routing efficiency and solution effectiveness
