**Position Summary:**
This role is responsible to support the Inventory Control functions to assure inventory accuracy within the facility. These responsibilities include inventory counting, product attribute maintenance, maintaining product dating standards, outbound pallet auditing, and facilitating slot placement of items in the warehouse.
**Here's what you'll do:**
+ Support the inventory process in the Distribution Center through counting, auditing of outgoing customer orders, system data maintenance, etc. Adjust inventory accordingly to maintain accuracy while ensuring compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
+ Coordinate with various departments: Buying, Accounting, Shipping, Receiving, Transportation, System Administration, outside carriers, and product vendors to ensure correct and accurate inventory.
+ Prepare inventory related reports and verify inventory balances/records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify shortages and discrepancies and research inaccuracies within inventory levels.
+ Assist in monitoring the slotting of product and the layout of warehouse to optimize efficiency.
+ Responsible for process and disposition of short-dated inventory, aged inventory, damage and salvage product.
+ Identify, research, correct and communicate receiving inventory errors to Accounting and/or Inventory Supervisor.
+ Communicate pertinent information and issues (i.e., inventory/receiving issues, warehouse out-of-stock inventory, product damage, etc.) to supervisor(s) in a timely manner.
+ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

+ High school diploma or GED or combination of education/experience.
+ Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Must have good math, problem-solving and data entry skills and attention to detail, and effective organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
+ Must be able to count inventory and research issues. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and ability to learn other system applications.
+ Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently within a fast-paced warehouse operation. Must be able to work within a warehouse environment.
+ Must follow safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies and practices.
+ Must be able to work weekends, holidays, day or night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned, and must be able to work in the condition specified for an 8-10 hour shift.

**Position Summary:**
This role is responsible for the supervision of day-to-day inventory control activities. Oversee and ensure compliance with the inventory policy and process, ensure accurate and timely reporting, record retention, and directs hourly Associates. This individual contributor position is responsible for various tasks related to staging, and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location
- Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards
- Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports
- Consistently meet processing and quality standards
- Maintain lot and workspace areas
- Safely operate company-owned vehicles
- Fuel inventory vehicles as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices
- Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to work variable schedules as necessary
Physical Working Conditions
- Capable of walking 5 to 10 miles per shift
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, etc.
- Frequently getting in and out of vehicles.
- Bend, twist, stoop, squat, and stand
- Ability to work in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, dusty, wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance

**Responsibilities include:**
+ Apply knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase.

+ Contributes to program planning, funding, and management of information systems.
+ Coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on time.
+ Integrate separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:**
+ Must be a US Citizen
+ Active TS/SCI clearance required;
+ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Business or related degree
+ Minimum 2+ years working with acquisition requirements, development and approval processes with at least 3+ years in the DoD environment
+ Experience working with an Agile team and Cybersecurity missions is a plus
