As an Inventory Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving, kitting, managing the tool crib and stock room, handling materials, conducting cycle counts, transferring and issuing materials, controlling tools, and issuing tools to the floor. You will also perform end-of-shift inventory checks and utilize RF scanning. You will issue materials to kits as needed and document all inventory transactions using the Costpoint system. **What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Screen individuals entering the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or security-related concerns.
+ Monitor and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or unusual behavior, to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site procedures.
+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure and orderly environment.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
