**Responsibilities:**
**Business Development**
+ Build and expand relationships across departments and senior leadership within customer accounts
+ Identify and qualify new opportunities to grow market share using CRM and internal resources
+ Represent CHR's digital solutions with confidence, applying technology and analytics to customer strategy
+ Lead strategic negotiations and pricing discussions based on customer buying habits
+ Conduct regular business reviews using data and insights to uncover growth opportunities
+ Own account strategy including RFPs, proposals, and award management
+ Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and drive pipeline development
**Financial Accountability & Process Efficiency**
+ Monitor account health through financial, volume, and performance reports
+ Manage payment terms and ensure timely AR processes
+ Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities through smart solutions
+ Lead pricing strategy and RFP execution using internal tools and SMEs
**Customer Experience**
+ Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer satisfaction and service delivery
+ Proactively assess customer needs and translate them into strategic initiatives
+ Build and manage effective account teams across geographies and divisions
+ Drive continuous improvement plans and track progress toward service excellence
+ Navigate complex conversations with tact and diplomacy
+ Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure alignment and prioritization
+ Lead seamless transitions of customer accounts and leverage automation where possible
+ Respond to customer feedback and lead corrective action planning
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Minimum 6 years of previous sales and/or account management experience
+ Experience managing large, complex, multi-location customers
+ Ability to travel up to 40% (domestically)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Transportation and/or supply chain knowledge
+ Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
+ Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Logistics Warehouse Specialist** to coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations. **Key Responsibilities**
As the Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you will:
+ Oversee daily warehouse operations including packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching.
+ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
+ Manage the receipt, storage, and inventory accuracy of all products.
+ Coordinate direct shipments from various locations to end customers, working closely with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
+ Schedule and book inbound and outbound shipments with carriers; manage communication and ensure on-time delivery.
+ Sort, arrange, and prepare materials for storage or shipment according to operational guidelines.
+ Assist with customs-related processes and documentation when required.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Required Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Minimum **4 years of experience** in warehouse and logistics operations
+ Proven track record in **logistics coordination**
+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Logistics Warehouse Specialist** to coordinate all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics coordination, and transportation planning who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
As the Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you will:
+ Oversee daily warehouse operations including packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching.
+ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
+ Manage the receipt, storage, and inventory accuracy of all products.
+ Coordinate direct shipments from various locations to end customers, working closely with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
+ Schedule and book inbound and outbound shipments with carriers; manage communication and ensure on-time delivery.
+ Sort, arrange, and prepare materials for storage or shipment according to operational guidelines.
+ Assist with customs-related processes and documentation when required.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Required Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Minimum **4 years of experience** in warehouse and logistics operations
+ Proven track record in **logistics coordination**
+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior experience with international logistics and customs clearance
+ Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Logistics Procurement Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Manager - Road Transportation to lead strategy, execution, and cost optimization across multiple modes of road transport, including LTL, FTL, flatbed, small parcel, pneumatic bulk tankers, end dump trucks, and side dump trucks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening carrier relationships, developing procurement strategies, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented, capable of analyzing data, negotiating contracts, and driving improvements in service, sustainability, and efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop and execute road transportation sourcing strategies for LTL, FTL, flatbed, parcel, and bulk trucking.
- Lead carrier negotiations, securing competitive rates, fuel surcharge structures, and favorable contract terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through benchmarking, lane analysis, and backhaul optimization.
- Oversee freight audit & payment systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with logistics operations and sales teams to align transportation capacity with business demand.
- Improve network efficiency through backhaul mapping, load consolidation, and carrier diversification.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with freight audit & payment systems, predictive analytics, and sustainability practices.
- Advanced data analysis skills in Excel, Tableau, Power BI (Python/R a plus).
- Deep knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, HOS, and hazmat compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
