This position will be onsite and responsible for logistics and integration of more than 20,000 manufactured components in support of Meta's Holly Ridge project. Never before have we relied so heavily on offsite construction; a necessity to deliver a project of this magnitude on a fast-paced timeline. The candidate will work closely with the contracting team and will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of this capacity on what will be the largest project in Meta's history, and one of a few of the largest datacenters in the world.This mega-project is of such scale that it requires a high-performing PM to drive strategic and tactical aspects of logistics and integration, including overseeing the third party logistics team. We will be leaning on this individual to also develop and implement consistent processes on this project that can scale across the program.
**Required Skills:**
Logistics Specialist, Manufacturing Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Management - lead planning and implementation of shipping, receiving, and site logistics in concert with the Meta site team, program team, offsite manufacturing supply partners, contractors and third party logistics firm
2. Manage GC (General Contractor) MOFE Coordinators for logistics, planning, coordination, reporting, lessons learned, etc
3. Lead regular onsite meetings for coordination of logistics and integration
4. Proactively and continuously managing site logistics operations to identify gaps and create remediation plans as needed
5. Partner in developing shared solutions, processing improvements, and efficiency efforts, then execute action plans for implementation
6. Develop, refine and maintain metrics and KPIs highlighting performance and trends with our offsite manufacturing supply partners
7. Create, maintain and report on logistics related Risk Matrix
8. Track change management and associated cost with cross-functional partners
9. Assist in Schedule Development and refinement with Engineering/Scheduling, GCs, & Suppliers
10. Regular Debriefs / Lessons Learned development, summary and communication to Engineering, Leadership, & cross-functional partners
11. Support team learning by bringing past experience, logistics vendors, new technology, and other topics to the group for exploration of this field
12. Travel as necessary to suppliers and warehouses for logistics and integration planning / coordination purposes
13. Track status of Owner-Furnished equipment for offsite integration and confirm all required documentation is collected
14. Assist with development of offsite storage plan for early equipment acquisition and inventory of finished goods

16. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations management, and/or logistics
17. Experience building consensus and communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences (stakeholders to executive leadership)
18. Proven track record of adaptability and creative problem-solving
19. Proficient working knowledge of Google Suite and Bluebeam

23. Software experience with eBuilder, Procore, Solidworks, Autodesk modeling software, Primavera P6, and/or BIM 360
24. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Just In Time (JIT) strategizing, and manufacturing data analytics
