This position will be onsite and responsible for logistics and integration of more than 20,000 manufactured components in support of Meta's Holly Ridge project. Never before have we relied so heavily on offsite construction; a necessity to deliver a project of this magnitude on a fast-paced timeline. The candidate will work closely with the contracting team and will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of this capacity on what will be the largest project in Meta's history, and one of a few of the largest datacenters in the world.This mega-project is of such scale that it requires a high-performing PM to drive strategic and tactical aspects of logistics and integration, including overseeing the third party logistics team. We will be leaning on this individual to also develop and implement consistent processes on this project that can scale across the program.
**Required Skills:**
Logistics Specialist, Manufacturing Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Management - lead planning and implementation of shipping, receiving, and site logistics in concert with the Meta site team, program team, offsite manufacturing supply partners, contractors and third party logistics firm
2. Manage GC (General Contractor) MOFE Coordinators for logistics, planning, coordination, reporting, lessons learned, etc

Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator for Construction Sites will oversee the management and dispatching of drivers and loads within our Transportation Management System. You will ensure smooth operations from the Welcome Center to designated delivery points on-site. Additionally, your role will include verifying driver information and shipment details, directing trucks to the correct locations.
Details of the Position:
- This position is based in Rayville, LA, with a work schedule of 4 twelve-hour days followed by 3 days off. Various shifts are available.
- The starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $5,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and dispatching drivers; releasing loads in the Vector system while ensuring accurate shipment details.
- Verifying driver information and directing trucks to the appropriate delivery points.
- Implementing ad hoc operational changes in Vector to meet site-specific needs.
- Providing front-line support for command center activities, including after-hours assistance.
- Maintaining active communication with internal and external customers regarding operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Supporting peers and subordinates in key operational decisions and customer needs.
- Managing various account-specific and site-wide projects.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of direct experience in Transportation or Logistics required.
