This role is pivotal for managing and leading outbound shipment planning, including complex warehouse-to-warehouse and hub-to-spoke models, ensuring seamless logistic operations. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to facilitate physical shipments, collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, and navigate the dynamic demands of our logistic needs with precision and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: Lead outbound shipment planning within our logistics network, optimizing hub-to-spoke and spoke-to-CM movements. Assist in inbound planning to maintain supply continuity and inventory levels. Utilize JDA TMS for planning, execution, and optimization of goods movement. Ensure shipments meet all regulatory compliance and documentation requirements. Proactively coordinate and track shipments, guaranteeing timely and precise delivery, while also managing semi-automated workflows and adapting to changing priorities. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in JDA Transportation Management System (TMS) Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in logistics Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse teams, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders Industry Experience: Previous experience in logistics or a closely related field, with a special emphasis on shipment planning and coordination, is preferred. The Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of warehouse activities, including the handling of goods coming in and out of the warehouse. Optimize inventory control, streamline operations, and enhance team performance.

Shipping & Receiving Management :
- Oversee the process of receiving shipments and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods and materials.
- Ensure that all outgoing shipments are accurately packed, labelled, and dispatched on time.
- Manage and track shipping schedules, both inbound and outbound.
Warehouse Organization :
- Ensure that warehouse space is efficiently organized, and inventory is properly stored.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor the flow of goods within the warehouse to reduce delays and improve productivity.
Team Supervision :
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance on best practices in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Develop schedules and assign tasks to ensure coverage and meet performance goals.
- Certify and train all warehouse and production staff on forklift operation and safety.
Inventory Control :
- Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate quantities of products are on hand.
- Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory management.
- Work closely with production team to ensure product availability for shipping.
Problem Resolution :
- Address and resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors, transportation companies, and internal departments to resolve any operational challenges.
Reporting :
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, shipping and receiving activities, and inventory levels.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement or cost reduction.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 5-years of proven work experience as a warehouse lead or equivalent (must have leadership managing both inbound and outbound operations + managing a team)
- 5-years’ experience in negotiating transportation rates of FTL and LTL domestic shipments.
- 3-years’ experience in managing oceanic and/or air international transport administration to include understanding of freight forwarding or import/export broker dealings.
- Experience with 3rd party applications or other tools to provide ‘best-in-class’ dock scheduling.
- Experience in Food Safety and 24/7 manufacturing environment, preferred.
- Partner closely with internal Customer Service team to assure highest and best service to customers.
- Leadership & Team Management : Ability to motivate and manage warehouse teams.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) : Experience with or knowledge of software used to track inventory and shipments.
- Safety Knowledge : Understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols.
