What You'll Do as a Supply Chain Specialist:

• Draft, refine, and maintain project-specific contract templates, ensuring flow-down of mandatory prime-contract clauses.
• Lead and/or support negotiations on high-exposure purchase orders and subcontracts, balancing commercial terms with risk mitigation.
• Serve as the first point of legal escalation, partnering with corporate counsel to resolve complex or disputed issues quickly.

• Preferred: 3+ years in commercial/transactional law or contract management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

This position is responsible for import and export flows of food and feed ingredients for international and domestic shipments. In addition, this position would include overseeing warehouse activities including receiving, storing and dispatching of goods to ensure on time deliveries to customers.
