Job Overview:

Linde is seeking qualified applicants for our Logistics Planner role. The Logistics Planner must demonstrate initiative in handling issues, be self-motivated, dependable, and work within a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for distribution planning, system planning, and the execution of these plans.

• You will manage bulk gas inventories at Linde customers; fully utilize the computer-aided planning tools developed by Linde.

• Develop a schedule for the daily distribution of products to customers that ensures 100% supply reliability at the lowest possible cost.

• Notify management of any situations that may affect customer supply and seek appropriate action if additional resources are required.

• You will ensure that all deliveries comply with Linde's Quality Assurance program and all applicable regulatory programs.

• You will receive incoming telephone calls from customers and/or drivers and take appropriate actions in response.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
• Execute Carrier Setup and Compliance Procedures: Gain a deep understanding of ROAR's carrier setup and compliance protocols, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
• Driver Dispatch and TMS Management: Coordinate with drivers, meticulously inputting all necessary details into our Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintaining continuous communication and updates until completion.
• Marketing and Networking: Actively promote ROAR to both customers and carriers through various channels such as business directories, online load boards, and networking events.
• Data Management: Keep our TMS up-to-date by regularly updating and maintaining customer and carrier profiles.
• Load Tender Management: Efficiently route, schedule, and manage customer load tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Carrier Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and onboard new carriers while nurturing relationships with existing ones, negotiating rates to meet our target booking prices.
