Inventory Management

Primary Level Salary Range: $111,000.00 - $166,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Logistics Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide support to a wide array of customers as part of a complex team of contractors and government personnel.

Effect, and process property inventories, equipment transfers, turn-in, and other property accountability across a large portfolio.
-
Conduct property inventory of all government furnished equipment and assigned property supporting various efforts.
-
Review property accountability supporting documents (DD Forms 1149, DD Form 1150, DD Form 1348, etc.).
-
Provide logistics expertise while coordinating with diverse skillsets.
-
Oversee equipment delivery and property transfers between government entities.
-
Provide recommendations with regards to best practices and develop new processes to increase performance and efficiency.
-
Ensure all property accountability documentation associated with orders is completed and updated in the inventory management database.
-
Be the focal point of ongoing operations and rapid delivery of equipment and services to the customer.
-
Ensure orders are fulfilled rapidly and on time to meet project schedules.
-
Work closely with project managers and functional leads to ensure seamless coordination of schedules in accomplishment of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
-
Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
-
5 years of relevant experience overseeing and executing property inventories, equipment transfers, turn-ins, and general accountability functions across a large asset portfolio
-
2 years of experience analyzing contracts, customer specifications, and supporting documentation to determine and document maintenance and logistics requirements
-
Experienced in utilizing integrated logistics and asset management systems to track, manage, and maintain accountability for property and equipment throughout their lifecycle
-
Must possess in-depth knowledge of DA PAM 700-142 and/or equipment sanitization/disposal procedures

Experience providing logistics expertise in support of warehouse operations, including

Updating part lists
-
Building projects using Maximo and similar inventory platforms

Must be able to manage and update virtual records for thousands of assets across multiple sites, in collaboration with a Customer Project Manager

Ability to maintain logistics support materials such as manuals, bulletins, and system documentation
-
Must be capable of operating flatbed trucks, pallet jacks, binding equipment, and degaussing machines when necessary
-
Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday.

Ability to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime if needed.

Ability to travel up to 50% during business hours within the Omaha, NE region; Occasional multi-day travel outside the Omaha, NE may be required

Must have a valid driver's license.

Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.
