- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management.
- Proven experience in global freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
