Logistics Administration Specialist
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Logistics Administration Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Administration Specialist is responsible for handling indirect material. Performs cycle counts of raw, semi-finished and finished goods in the Business Units. Also, performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the logistics department.
Job Type: Full-time, 1st Shift - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Work Location: In person (Gainesville, GA)
Responsibilities:
- Ordering, receiving, booking, and distributing indirect materials
- Invoice verification process for indirect and direct material as well as freight invoices
- Cycle counts of material to support Material planner
- Communicating variances to Material Planner
- Creating shipping paperwork to support Production Planner
- Process customs formalities
- Scheduling customer material pick-ups in cooperation with production planner
- Archiving of documents i.e. production orders, BOL, and delivery notes
- Following International Automotive Task Force quality standards – IATF 16949
- Teamwork – train employees and assisting others with more difficult tasks
- Escalation of issues to supervisor
- Following Internal Quality Issues procedure – IQI
- Ensuring First in – First out
- Ensuring safety rules and policies are followed
- Housekeeping – 6IMS-Standard
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Skills Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management or a minimum of 2-years in a high-volume manufacturing environment with focus on logistics or purchasing.
- Good computer skills (MS Office) and basic knowledge of ERP (SAP is )
- Good multitasking and priorization skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good ability to work in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good math skills and basic conversion of mass units
- Knowledge of material flow/production process
- Attendance and punctuality

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
What you will do in this role:
+ Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner
+ Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position
+ Place safety stock in proper location
+ Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)
+ Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate
+ Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately
+ Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule
+ Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes
+ Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy
+ Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date
+ Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence
+ React appropriately to POU "critical point" messages and stock outs
+ Process all "returns to vendor" or "returns to backup stock" appropriately
+ Provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurse's stations
What qualifications you will need:
+ High School Graduate / GED
+ Previous stock clerk experience Preferred
+ Some hospital supply experience Preferred

Inventory/Purchasing Coordinator will be key go to team member for inventory analytics. Inventory/Purchasing Coordinator will be lead on creation of par / stocking levels with guidance and direction provided by Purchasing Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Job responsibilities include but not limited to PO generation, vendor sourcing and inventory review. Candidate must have excellent attention to detail and easily take direction. Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Monitors and maintains records of materials in inventory. Validates discrepancies in inventory and notifies supervisor for irregularities. Ensures that data is properly entered and maintained.
- Reviews and maintains appropriate par levels for drugs and medications, medical and office supplies at designated sites as determined by on-going usage analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, problem identification and resolution and ability to generate clear/concise reports indicating key issues to management/ department heads.
- Establish solid relationships with internal department leaders and external suppliers to support ordering system process.
- Provides support for order requests and fulfillment, resolution of delivery issues, quality issues, item data maintenance, and optimization of inventory levels and notifies Supervisor for any issue left unresolved.
- Facilitates creation of Item Master for Purchasing/Vendor files – making sure that all required information and documentation is received and accurately built in the procurement system.
- Pricing analysis and comparison.
- Assists and reviews data entry and updates to for any potential issues relating to the delivery of patient orders and clinical documentation.
- Other duties as assigned or approved by Purchasing Supervisor.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between designated locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
- Two to five years of related inventory / purchasing experience required. Healthcare / medical experience is desirable.
- Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel. Proficient in database management is desirable.
- Candidate must be able to manage multiple task requests and changing priorities.
- Proven experience as a self-starter who can meet provided deadlines is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication are required for presentations and other communications with all levels of management.
