Logistics Administrative Coordinator
What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Admin Coordinator to manage and track daily reports for both asphalt and civil construction crews. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling data related to crew shifts, equipment locations, and subcontracted trucking costs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. This role will also require accountability for tracking team members' hours in specialized software, ensuring proper entry and verification of time records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Reporting: Compile and submit detailed daily reports on field crew shifts, including start/end times, productivity, and any relevant incidents.
- Equipment Location Reports: Track and report the location and status of all equipment field team members use daily.
- Subcontracted Trucking Costs: Monitor and document costs associated with subcontracted trucking services, ensuring all charges align with contractual agreements.
- Coordination & Communication: Communicate regularly with field team members, subcontractors, and management to resolve issues and provide updates on project status.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain all records related to crew shifts, equipment, and trucking costs for easy retrieval and reporting during audits or reviews.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or administrative support, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with time tracking and management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report compilation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award.
International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate the effective supply chain and logistical operations that ensure the availability, maintenance, and transportation of military equipment, supplies, and personnel. This position involves analyzing logistics needs, optimizing resource allocation, and facilitating the seamless flow of materials to support mission readiness and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of duties requiring knowledge and skill in applying logistics management principles, methods and techniques to meet logistics requirements.
- Has experience in several logistics areas such as supply chain, asset management, transportation, distribution, and program management support.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
- Ten or more (10+) years' experience in Logistics.
- Experience in several logistics areas such as supply chain, asset management, transportation, distribution and program management support.
- Master's Degree in relevant field of study required.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior or office work environment.
- Work involves sitting, standing, climbing stairs for prolonged periods of time.
- May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.
Additional Information
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
Compensation/ Min: $36hr Max: $40hr
