**Summary**
The Senior Manager Logistics provides leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors, who are directly responsible for turnkey warehousing and transportation solutions. The incumbent will have and maintain high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.
**Essential Functions**
+ Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

T he Solutions Delivery Analyst V role is designed to serve as the lead technical subject matter expert for assigned systems, services, or applications they deliver & support for specific functional areas. This role will lead Solution Delivery execution of mid to large-sized IT initiatives in partnership with the business driving value for Ahold Delhaize USA & our Brands. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical SME for systems, services and applications ranging from simple to most complex for an identified functional area.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring other members of the functional area to increase overall technical knowledge within the organization.
- Responsible for leading primarily large-scale projects including driving the below listed activities:
- Resource management allocation and budget management associated with assigned project delivery in coordination with the PMO
- Oversee activities of lower level Solution Delivery Analysts associated with delivery on mid to large scale projects including determining work assignments, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments in order to meet delivery objectives
- In partnership with IT Sourcing and Solution Delivery Managers works on contracts and Statements of Work (SOW's) within their identified Bill of Authority (BOA)

The re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Operations team offers worldwide cloud computing providers with a centralized means to disassemble, sort, function test, in-warranty return, repair, erase/wipe, and disposition server and networking assets that break or are no longer needed in the fleet. The organization is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-driven Data Steward to support its global operations by driving and working collaboratively across teams to maintain data consistency and accuracy, and by generating and driving data-related performance metrics in the organization's warehouse management system. This scope will ensure data reliability for the organization's three operating systems, driven by 700+ global users through our five global facilities that are generating millions of transactions per month across 70+ data tables. This role is critical to the re:Cycle Reverse Logsitics system-management team that is responsible for maintaining application security, data, and compliance, and plays a key role in enabling global operations with reliable information needed to align on daily, monthly, and annual plans, and tracking operational performance to plan. This role ensures that internal customers and stakeholders have the best possible data to make big decisions.
Key job responsibilities
-Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of system data, both within and outside of the application
-Developing and enforcing data standards, policies, procedures, and governance strategies to maintain global data integrity and compliance
-Performing regular data quality assessments, developing and implementing scorecards and improvement plans to address identified issues
-Working closely with stakeholders across the organization and service providers to understand data requirements and to root cause/repair data issues

**Summary**
The Director Customer Logistics is primarily responsible for operations management, safety, financial and customer relations for one or more customers with multiple warehouse locations. This individual is responsible for ensuring LEAN and Continuous Improvement deployment for assigned accounts and expanding business with current customers to support business changes and introduce new services. This position participates in business development activities with new customers and will typically manage $10M to $30M in operating revenue for multiple logistics/warehouse operations, as well as the complexity level of the business. **Essential Functions**
