· Ship daily customer orders (mostly small parts) and occasional machines

· Track parts and inventory using our Odoo ERP system

At a minimum, you'll need:

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Transportation Analyst/Coordinator will track, trace, and monitor carrier performance for shipments of Powersports (Motorcycle) products from 7 Warehouse locations to our Powersports Dealer Network of over 1000 dealers as well as the coordination of inbound shipments from 8 global factories to fulfil the domestic market demand in the United States. Will be commuting between warehouses and internal associates regarding status of shipments.

Daily Tasks:

• The Transportation Analyst will track and monitor delays of all shipments and provide updates on expected arrival dates
• Be responsible to track, coordinate, and follow up on related activity until a resolution is achieved
• Will serve as back-up to Returnable Crates Coordinator for carrier scheduling and other related Returnable Crate (RTC) operations as needed

In this role, Logistics Administrator - Test Team , you will be responsible for performing IT tests and coordinate between different Logistics departments and IT. Purpose:
Logistics Customer Service Rep supports the profitable growth for Marten Transport Logistics, LLC.

Responsibilities:
1. Drive daily and weekly load count, revenue and margin goals for a specific region.
2. Develop current carrier base for consistent lane specific volumes.
3. Negotiate pricing and solicit business from our existing customers to secure freight for our contracted carriers.
4. Work directly with sales and management to assist in developing pricing for larger customers.
5. Monitor EDI system for available freight. Make sure correct reason codes are included on all rejected shipments.
6. Act as a mentor for new employees and assist in training as needed.
