Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments based on product availability and customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and track orders, booking freight appointments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and process both physical and electronic shipping documents, including purchase orders, sales orders, and bills of lading.
- Optimize supply chain procedures to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, suppliers, and customer information.
- Oversee warehouse stock levels and generate reports, such as cut reports, as required.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their orders and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics operations and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in logistics software and transport management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with data entry and customer service processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

New Business - Midwest Logistics Systems Dedicated truck driver
Average pay: $1,300-$,500 weekly
Home time: Daily
Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
Overview- Have a predictable daily home time work schedule.
- Drive the same out-and-back dedicated route and work with the same customers every day.
- Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks.
- Haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
- Work with onsite leaders and dispatch.
- Route and detention pay.
- 3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to 600 per quarter.
- Longevity bonus of up to 750 per quarter.
- Weekly paychecks.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Live within 30 miles of Fort Wayne, IN.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
