The Logistics Operator will primarily support the strategic initiatives of the various global transportation modes in region mainly. Key activities in this position include but not limited to data compilation & analytics. This individual must have or develop an understanding of Copeland Logistics programs, transportation systems and processes, as well as the end-to-end overview of the Copeland Supply Chain Programs, while possessing strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
**As a Logistics Operator You Will:**
+ Support the strategic mode team processes including the development of common processes for the selection, development, tensioning and implementation of transportation providers.
+ Support negotiations and competitive tension events
+ Perform analytics from data collection, scrubbing, compilation and/or data standardization.
+ Conduct spot bids as required.
+ Support bids for project freight.
+ Support cost reductions/ transportation optimization projects and carriers' transitions. Monitor Supplier Data Metrics, engage carriers to improve OTD/ OTC performance. When necessary, coordinate recurrent calls with the carriers to improve the KPI's. Assist in carrier training related to the various logistics tools.
+ Oversight of the global provider risk mitigation process and reporting. Closely monitoring providers risk related to financials, legal and business requirements. (certifications, insurance etc.) Including taking the necessary actions to minimize Copeland's exposure to potential supply chain disruptions.
+ Communication and interactions Enterprise Logistics Leaders for matters pertaining to mode management.
**Logistics Operations**
Support Team Leader in projects to onboard Copeland sites into SCO, improve spend under management.
Support the Operational Management of the Copeland Cross Dock Network.
Coordination and resolution of issues related to the logistics network and the escalation of any critical issues to management.
Support SCO Operational and Audit Pay Teams in any ground rates or carrier related inquiries.
**Spend Visibility**
Work with Business Units Freight Audit & Payment Manager and Mode Team members to ensure the CASS collaboration process and invoice approval is done in a timely manner.
Work with Carriers and CASS to solve any invoice/ procedural issues.
**Reporting** of Key Metrics, **participation** in supply chain and logistics strategic meetings including the development and presentation of materials to management.
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, transportation, supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential. Including appropriate language skills to ensure proper communication with the global program management team (English) and local plant personnel.
+ Demonstrate competency in working and excelling in a team environment, including the ability to interact across all levels of management within and outside the organization.
+ Strong project management skills, including analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word software
+ Experience with programming to support workflow business process automation would be beneficial.
+ Understands basic concepts of supply chain and information systems.
+ Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts and systems. Knowledge of regional or local providers is desirable.
+ Ability to multi-task and work in multi-disciplinary teams
+ English and local language capabilities.
+ Position requires **regional travel** (10%) to STL,MO and Sidney OH.

The FreshRealm Logistics org is seeking a Sr Analyst to support teams running day-to-day execution of our Inbound, Transfers, and Outbound networks. This position will query, audit, and analyze data, drive process improvements, standardize current processes, and eliminate the root cause of defects across cost, quality, and food-safety. This Sr. Analyst will also work directly with internal stakeholders across buying/planning, finance, account management, and field operations to build reporting, tooling, and models to scale processes and the business. Strong SQL, Excel, and PowerBI/DAX skills are required, along with willingness to learn new ERP/WMS tools/systems to access required data for deliverables.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
