IonQ is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless flow from procurement to customer delivery, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, with specific expertise in ERP and MRP systems, import/export compliance, and warehouse/logistics management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data (e.g., inventory levels, lead times, freight costs, on-time delivery performance) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipping delays, damages, return material authorizations or discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite), identifying and troubleshooting issues as needed, and ultimately driving to systemic fixes addressing root causes.
- Support/execute warehouse operations (receiving, shipping,kitting, issuing etc.) as needed at IonQ deployment sites for extended periods of time, as needed.
- Support import and export activities, adhering to relevant trade regulations.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for international shipments (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin) and interface with third-party logistics providers.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain functions, with a strong preference for logistics/ warehousing operations.
- ERP & MRP system experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
- Knowledge of U.S. import/export laws, export licensing and regulations, including the EAR and ITAR, and other relevant regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to explain data requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and employees on compliance-related matters, including data collection (PowerBI) and sharing, and ensuring ITAR compliance in all interactions.Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Export Specialist, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, APICS CSCP/CPIM certification).
- Experience with emerging technology import/export regulations, bonus points if in the computer industry.
- Current holder of a US Customs Broker License
Location: This is a hybrid role, based at our headquarters in College Park, MD, or at our Bothell, Washington, facility. Strong preference for College Park, MD.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $94,294 - $122,963. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity.
Compensation will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ - $ annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Responsibilities - Build deep learning and statistical models to provide end-to-end estimated time of arrival (ETA) prediction for the e-commerce logistics. Through fine adjustment of ETA expression to the consumers, improve the click-to-order rate while balancing the negative review indicators. - Use data mining tools to build logistics network knowledge graphs, based on which to construct a situational awareness & early warning system for logistics fulfillment, enabling operations to discover and deal with logistics network anomalies, and to improve the logistics fulfillment quality together with logistics service providers. - Analyze and predict the spatio-temporal trajectory sequence of express packages through deep learning, statistical inference and other algorithmic methods. This trajectory prediction can help to build a better understanding of logistics network dynamics, improve ETA prediction accuracy and provide important sample features for other prediction tasks. - Build a service network design (SND) model for the location selection of transshipment centers and last mile stations based on an expected increase in logistics order volume. - Extract the direction of logistics operation optimization, cost reduction and service quality improvement by in-depth understanding of supply chain and logistics scenarios. - Develop innovative and state-of-the-art e-commerce logistics models and algorithms
Qualifications
