This individual contributor position is responsible for various tasks related to staging, and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location
- Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards
- Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports
- Consistently meet processing and quality standards
- Maintain lot and workspace areas
- Safely operate company-owned vehicles
- Fuel inventory vehicles as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices
- Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to work variable schedules as necessary
Physical Working Conditions
- Capable of walking 5 to 10 miles per shift
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, etc.

The Supply Chain Analyst is a vital contributor to the planning and execution of sourcing initiatives, offering essential analytical support to drive informed decision-making across the team. By collecting, interpreting, and presenting data, the analyst helps optimize the supply chain network through data-driven strategies that enhance team performance and reduce costs within assigned categories-ultimately supporting the overall success of the procurement function.
This role also involves researching market trends, identifying optimal pricing opportunities, and supporting supplier negotiations to secure the best possible value for the organization. In addition, the analyst will play a key role in advancing sustainability efforts by providing reporting and insights aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Category Leads in strategic sourcing initiatives by analyzing relevant spend data and identifying both incumbent and potential new suppliers during the RFP process. Contribute to the development of benchmarking analyses by consolidating large datasets from multiple sources and preparing executive-level presentations for senior management.
- Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to facilitate issue resolution, decision-making, execution oversight, and monitoring of market trends.
- Generate and manage monthly reports containing key information required by internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement methods for gathering and managing supply chain data effectively to support continuous improvement and standardization.
- Review and analyze data to pinpoint areas of waste in the supply chain process and develop strategies for improvement.
- Maintain professional and amicable relationships with internal/external stakeholders while promoting company initiatives and values.
- Spearhead the campaign for evaluating supplier performance.
- Perform ad-hoc research and analysis, offering expertise to support Procurement in making data-driven decisions.
- Support and influence business and financial planning processes, leveraging lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop and effectively implement advanced supply chain solutions, processes, and systems improvements.
- Continuously seek to enhance all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodologies and processes.
EDUCATION
Required : Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, statistics or mathematics.
EXPERIENCE
Skill Required:
- Conduct business with the highest degree of ethical standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel Level) - Essential for data cleaning, analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other complex formulas.
- Experience in Power BI and Tableau - For creating interactive dashboards and visualizing supply chain metrics and KPIs.
- ERP systems knowledge (Oracle experience preferred).
- 1-5 years of related experience (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Demonstrate credibility, competence, and the ability to influence.

The Boeing Company is seeking to fill an **Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist** role in **St. Louis, MO** .
The position, F/A-18 Core Avionics Sub-System Logistics Integrator (SLI), supports the F/A- 18 Program and aligns to the Boeing Global Services Engineering function as part of the Integrated Support Planning & Management (ISPM) Team. The focus of this position will be providing support for F/A-18 Core Avionics including Displays, Digital Memory Device, JHMCS, MIDS, CIT, etc. in the role of a Sub-System Logistics Integrator, providing logistics technical guidance to Product Development Teams to ensure Integrated Logistics Support Program requirements are met. The ideal candidate has a depth of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) knowledge, experience in multiple ILS disciplines, and has experience leading a team in executing a statement of work. The candidate must be responsive, have strong communication and analytical skills.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Lead the Support Team customer interface with the NAVAIR APML organization.
+ Ensure systems, processes and controls are in place to effectively manage support in an Integrated Product Development environment.
+ Identify ILS related risks, conduct risk assessments, and establish applicable closure.
+ Identify and incorporate design features that minimize support requirements and lower NAVAIR life cycle costs.
+ Analyzes support impacts to ensure supportability is designed into the system, recommended engineering change proposals, and documents.
+ Attend Engineering Change Boards and provide Logistical decisions which impact support.
+ Organize and participate in technical coordination meetings, ILS reviews, IPT coordination meetings and design reviews.
+ Support On-Time Delivery (OTD) tracking/managing for ILS products.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 2+ years of experience in military Avionics/Mission Systems repair and/or modifications
+ 3 + years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g.) has experience with one or more of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ College Degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience with F/A-18, F-15 or other military aircraft
+ Experience in utilizing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs)
+ Previous Military customer experience
**Travel:**
Occasional travel (10%) may be required in support of the program and customer.

**Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450**
