educational & commercial project that is assigned to you. The Project Manager coordinates all aspects of installation between the customer, company installation and technical personnel, or any associated subcontractors.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying and working with Sales to resolve any conflict between the project scope and bid price.
- Responsible for each project from the sales turnover through project completion and warranty.
- Assists in project engineering.
- Responsible for verifying and ordering materials following proper procedures.
- Work directly with customer to establish project timeline and completion date.
- Responsible for communicating project progress/changes to customer and company installation and technical staff.
- Coordinates ship dates of all project related equipment and expedites equipment if necessary.
- Verifies the project and all work performed on the project, is code compliant.
- Coordinates project documentation with CAD Operator.
- Responsible for conducting/attending project meetings with installation and technical staff.
- Responsible for scheduling of company installation staff and any associated subcontractors.
- Responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance and maintaining an ongoing safety program.
- Assist in improving/correcting employee’s technical knowledge and work quality.
- Performs management duties for installation employees such as hiring, discipline, and terminations decisions while following company policies.
- Compose and processes any project change orders.
- Works with administration to ensure accurate and timely billing to customer.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Help effect change as needed to make for a pleasant working environment, improve customer relations, and create a more profitable company.
- On occasion aid with programming of systems, termination of headend equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Help with the training of the installation team during department training exercises and training on jobsites as needed.

Accountability:
The Project Manager will be directly accountable to Sr. Management. Secondary accountability will be to Executive team members, and customers of the company. This is a management level position with increased fiduciary, liability, and employee management expectations. Department specific duties will vary.
Qualifications:
- Shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent, some college level education is recommended.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have and maintain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Additional training or experience in customer service or computer related skill is a requirement.
- Technical and code knowledge in a related department or field is a requirement.
- This person must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be familiar with standard business and construction documentation, and be capable of managing employees.
- Must demonstrate a high level of planning and organizational skills in order to assure that assigned tasks are completed on or before the specific due date.
- Must understand basic accounting and job costing principals.

What You'll Bring
