This is how you will grow:
- Responsible for the design of all low voltage (LV) system architecture including schematics, bill of material, component selection, and wire harness prints.
- Work with other teams to develop technical specifications in support of the quoting and sourcing process
- Perform virtual and physical verification testing, including field testing.
- Ensure designs conform to safety standards and U.S. government regulations.
- Proactively stay attuned to consumer experience and propose system improvements accordingly.
- Manage supplier resources efficiently to deliver wire harness designs that meet cost, timing, and quality targets.

- Automotive OEM experience is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in low voltage system engineering and relevant automotive assignments, covering all phases of product development (design, test, and launch).
- Strong technical skills and expertise in design and release, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.
