The position of the Luxury Cleaner will be responsible for office facilities and laundry, with occasional cleaning of rental homes. Luxury Cleaners will ensure that all office facilities and laundry meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards as set by Holiday Beach Companies.
Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include:
- Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow cleaner checklist
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Remove any open food items/beverages left by previous guests/office personnel
- Check all areas of home for left behind items when cleaning rental homes
- Uphold and follow a pristine standard in our luxury rental homes and in both office buildings
- Maintain a great working relationship with managers and coworkers
- Ensure assigned homes are cleaned and properly set for guest arrival
- Communicate with needed departments of needs noted during cleans and guest issues
- Maintain facility daily inside and out – taking trash, mopping, dusting etc.

- Weekly deep clean of common areas

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a valid driver's license

- Weekends are a MUST , especially during busy season (May - September)
- Maintain a positive attitude and exude enthusiasm
- Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to walk up multiple flights of stairs
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and has available shifts every day with two days off per week .
Must be able to work weekend shifts .

The luxury valet attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, safety parking and retrieving vehicles while creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests staying in the hotel and daily visitors to our restaurants outlets while following all company and hotel policies and procedures, always positive, friendly and professional.
What we're looking for:
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
- Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs.
- You may be asked by local management and supervisors to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
- Be able to provide excellent service in a fast pace environment and always keep calm.
- Be responsible for all vehicles inspections, safety driving, safety parking, We take safety seriously.
- Self-adaptive to attendance, grooming, and professional demeanor in luxury environments.
- Provide high levels of customer service of luxury hotel guests and residents and able to create great impression and memories on every interaction.
- Previous Costumer service experience on luxury hotels is required.
- Be able to adapt to attendance policies, arriving on time, following uniform rules and protocols and follow instructions and remain flexible at the moment we face unexpected changes.
- Tips are based on quality of performance and customers' interactions.

Education and experience:
High School diploma or GED required
Previous customers' service on luxury environment required
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
Must have:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way while remaining professional

Job Description
The Luxury Liaison Officer assists with the supervision and coordination of activities related to the Luxury Tenant Liaison Program. This position maintains client relations with luxury tenant management and loss prevention agents through frequent direct contact, intelligence and information sharing. The Luxury Liaison Officer must thoroughly understand the luxury tenant dynamic at the specific property and act as liaison between tenant management, contracted security management, mall management, and Simon Corporate Security. This position also assists with incident investigations by acting as liaison with local law enforcement when needed.
Duties and responsibilities of the Luxury Liaison Officer include, but are not limited to:
- Training security staff on Luxury Tenant Liaison Program.
- Ensuring all luxury tenants have a scan barcode on the front and rear of the retail space. If barcodes are not working, then they will ensure the following is in place:
- A paper log for tracking enhanced patrols of each luxury tenant.
- Working with the Security Director and/or Assistant Security Director to ensure security officers are scanning the barcode of each Luxury Tenant per current procedures based on analysis of current or emerging threats at the property.
- Networking and liaising with management of each luxury tenant to:
- Share intelligence and information
- Discuss security concerns
- Maintain customer relations
- Assisting in conducting investigations relating to security incidents involving luxury tenants, acting as a liaison between tenant representatives, security management, and law enforcement.
- Preparing detailed investigation reports concerning luxury tenant matters.
- Providing Simon Corporate Security with a monthly luxury tenant report.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities at the direction of the Security Director or Assistant Security Director, in accordance with specific provider Security Services policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; reviewing reports when needed; assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
