**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $13 - $13 / hour*_
**What you'll be doing as a Production Machine Operator:**
+ Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous manufacturing
+ Load raw materials (fibers, polymers, adhesives, etc.) into machines and ensure proper feeding during operation
+ Inspect machine settings and adjust speeds, temperatures, and pressure to meet product specifications
+ Conduct in-process quality checks, including visual inspections, measurements, and testing of products
+ Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, material usage, and downtime logs
+ Follow safety standards, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth shift transitions
+ Adhere to company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO/quality standards
**Available shifts:**
Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night)
**Job requirements:**
+ Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (nonwoven industry a plus)
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
+ Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
+ Dependable attendance and punctuality
+ Reliable transportation (must have a dependable car to commute to/from work)
+ Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed
